On the ground floor, you’ll find a warm and inviting lounge, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom – ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs or desire a bit of separation.

Head upstairs to the second floor, where an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space awaits. This area is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or working remotely – complete with a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

On the top floor, you’ll find a spacious master suite with its own private ensuite, a third bedroom, and a separate full bathroom for added convenience. Every room is tastefully furnished, with quality linens and a calming design that feels both elegant and comfortable.

With two off-street parking spaces, laundry facilities, and a great layout for families or groups, this home offers the perfect blend of functionality and luxury.

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, and private outdoor space. Free on-site parking is also available. Self check-in options may be available upon request.

To comply with Auckland Council requirements and Residential Society rules, and to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please carefully observe the following house rules:
1. No parties or events
Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbours and the local community.
3. No smoking indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, including e-cigarettes and vaping.
