Clean, cozy, quiet cottage with plenty of room for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. We loved having access to the water behind the cottage to be able to use the kayaks, which we loved at sunset each evening. It's located 30 minutes or less of anything fun you'd want to do in the Hot Springs area. We took a boat ride with the owners of the cottage and it was so much fun, beautiful scenery, relaxing, and good company! The covered back porch was perfect for morning coffee time and looking for wildlife. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with and made our stay great, we definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy and Quiet

I rented this for me and my two daughters and my grandbabies. There were nine of us and we fit very comfortably. This sweet cozy little cottage was nicely furnished, and very modern. It has everything you need for a quiet weekend or a longer stay. When I needed to contact someone, they answered my phone call immediately. It literally was a perfect weekend! This is where we want to stay every time we come to Hot Springs. It is 10 times better than staying in a hotel.

Relaxing and includes all the necessities! We are a family of 7, ages 3 to 43, and we were very comfortable here! The house was very clean and had anything we needed. The house was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do, but also in a quite area to relax when we were done for the day. Host were very nice and helpful!! Enjoyed our stay.
