En entrant pour la première fois dans la maison, vous direz ce que moi et tout le monde avons dit: «Oh mon Dieu quelle vue. Maison à paliers multiples située sur le canal principal du lac Hamilton. Vue spectaculaire sur le lac depuis le salon, la chambre principale et la façade du lac de 100 pieds. La maison dispose d'un quai couvert pour la navigation de plaisance, la natation et la pêche. Détendez-vous sur le pont inférieur donnant sur le lac et faites griller vos plats préférés ou profitez d'une soirée tranquille en regardant les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle depuis le balcon du niveau supérieur qui est facilement accessible depuis le salon sans aucune étape.

Profitez de la vue sur le lac depuis le lit king-size dans la chambre principale au niveau principal. La deuxième chambre du rez-de-chaussée possède des meubles antiques EastLake originellement sortis vers l'ouest dans un wagon.

Beaux planchers de bois franc dans tout le niveau principal de la maison. Cuisine, salle à manger, salon et salle de bain complète sont situés au niveau principal.

Le niveau inférieur peut être un salon séparé pour regarder la télévision et profiter de la vue sur le lac ou une troisième chambre avec un canapé-lit queen-size et des lits superposés pour les enfants et une salle de bain complète avec salle d'eau séparée.

Calme et isolé, situé au centre à proximité des commerces, restaurants et divertissements. N'oubliez pas de visiter Bath House Row, situé dans le centre-ville historique du parc national de Hot Springs et le centre de course et de jeu Oaklawn Park.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Lake House. It was a great experience. The house was clean. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed fishing at the dock. The view on the lake was awesome, house was very clean. The only downside was the multi levels on the main floor. Step down into living room, back up to dining/kitchen, back down to living, back up to main 2 bedrooms, back down to hall, back up to bathroom. Knew about stairs to lower level bath/bedroom and down to outside deck/patio. Just a lot of levels to navigate. House is older style bathrooms with tiles that I personally love, but the room itself is small and a bit tight. We’ve stayed in multiple VRBOs and while this has a wonderful view and quiet vibe, just needs a bit more updates and hospitality (complimentary coffee, better towels in lower bathroom and definitely more verbage about the multiple levels on main floor)

Thanks for your review. We're sorry our home wasn't quite to your liking but yes the view is beautiful. We're addressing the towel situation however the home is retro, was built in the late 1950s and has a sunken livingroom popular at that time thus the problem you experienced with the levels. It is a two-level home so anyone having issues with stairs should consider this.

This is by far one of the best views on the lake. Big picture windows capture it all. Very clean with clean towels and sheets. The kitchen cabinets smell old. Needed a candle. If you have any toddlers or elderly people, be careful of the weird step down in to the living room and bathroom/bedroom areas both upstairs and downstairs. We had a great stay otherwise. GPS took us straight to driveway.

Stayed in a group of 6 people. Ample space on 2 floors. Very peaceful lake side views. Immaculate. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this home. They have board games, and some water activity accessories. Quite neighborhood.

The view from this lake house is absolutely amazing, and the outdoor space is definitely the highlight of the property. The dock area is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the lake, and we loved watching the geese come by every evening. The views of the lake from inside the house are beautiful as well and really make the setting feel peaceful and relaxing.Unfortunately, the inside of the house did not match the outdoor experience. There really was not a comfortable place to sit inside the home. The upstairs living room couch is very broken down and sinks deeply when you sit on it, making it uncomfortable to use for any length of time.There were also some cleanliness and maintenance issues that need attention. Several dishes in the cabinets were not clean and had dried food residue on them, so we had to wash dishes before using them. The upstairs shower curtain also had visible mold/mildew on it.One smaller frustration was the patio umbrella for the outdoor table. It appeared to be stored at the bottom of a storage area underneath water floats and other items, and we did not feel like digging everything out to try to use it.Overall, the outdoor areas, lake access, and views are fantastic and were the best part of the trip, but the interior of the home could really benefit from updated furniture and more attention to cleaning and upkeep.

Thanks for your input. We're sorry that some of the dishes weren't clean. We rely on guests to use the dishwasher and run it before they leave but apparently that wasn't done prior to your stay. We are beginning to update the furniture and have just added a new recliner.

Like a cozy stay at grandmas

Really lovely property and perfect location. It’s a cool older home, and definitely has a family feel to it. Easy access to so many Hot Springs attractions-specifically Garvan Woodland Gardens, Tiny Town, and Bathhouse Row. Beautiful view from the porch, patio, or yard. Would be lovely during the summer, but was absolutely perfect for our Spring Break getaway.

The view from this home is amazing. The house is right on the water with a balcony and a patio. There is plenty of sleeping arrangements for guest. Craig and Sharon are very responsive and great host.

Amazing location! The property is exactly as described. The chairs in the living room offer an amazing view of the lake and its serenity. We were lucky enough to have some rain and the sounds are very soothing. The yard is beautiful and the Hydrangea on the side of the patio is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Communication with the hosts is top notch.

I moved to Hot Springs in 1983 when, along with my family, I relocated the Belle of Hot Springs Riverboat from Iowa and continue to own and pilot the boat on dinner and sightseeing cruises on Lake Hamilton. During hunting season I am up a tree, literally, waiting for the trophy buck to walk by. Athletics plays a large role in my life. I participate in softball and basketball leagues and have won several medals in the Senior Olympics. I have two daughters and two granddaughters living in the Hot Springs area.

My family and I lived in this home for 15 years prior to making it a vacation rental and loved every day spent there. The home is located on an island with one road in and out keeping traffic to a minimum, making it inviting to take a walk or jog. It is located about 5 miles from the racetrack and 7 miles from the downtown area. Other attractions include Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement and water park, Fordyce Bath House which the U.S. Government spent $5.5 million restoring to its original condition (be sure to take the free tour) and several museums and art galleries.
