The Space:

Enjoy the warmth and light from the southern exposure as you go for a dip in the sparkling swimming pool and integrated spa. Pour your evening beverage settle in and lounge on the large boat dock featuring a tiki hut, lighting and brand-new decking where you are sure to sneak a peek of a passing dolphin or manatee in the expansive 200’ wide canal. At the end of a relaxing day, take some time to enjoy a night time paddle under the stars in one of the two well appointed kayaks included with this home, or do the same with our cruiser beach bikes.



For boaters, there is quick sailboat access out to the Caloosahatchee River. One of a select few homes located directly adjacent to the river (less than a two minute boat idle), this home truly epitomizes the term "direct access." For lovers of boating this cannot be stressed enough, as the vast majority of homes in Cape Coral are situated more than a thirty minute idle from the Caloosahatchee River.



The inside of this home is just as fabulous offering a large king bed master suite with garden tub and walk-in shower, a second en suite bedroom also featuring a king bed with sliding glass door to the pool, and a third bedroom equipped with two twin beds and separate bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen boast an open floor plan with a wall of pocketing sliders to breathe in the lovely Florida breeze. Amenities galore throughout this home for everyone to enjoy! Want to enjoy some amazing local cuisine? Many fabulous restaurants just a 10 minute or less bicycle ride away. Guest Access:

Guests have access to beach gear, bikes, and kayaks. We use a bluetooth keyless entry system and check in is automated.



The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is superbly situated because it is adjacent to Fort Myers/Sanibel/Captiva, located only a five minute drive from your door to Fort Myers. If your goal is to chill and enjoy Cape Coral, this location is just a brief walk to downtown and such establishments as Fords Garage and more, yet far enough away to provide a secluded and quiet environment when the need to relax arises.



Getting Around:

You can walk most places from this home, as well as use the included bikes



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to checking in.

This home features a pool and dock facing backyard camera.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available for guests as often as we are needed during their stay, for issues large or small.
