Your stay includes access to the Hillside pool, resort restaurants, bars, and beautiful walking tracks. While the resort’s main tennis court and other swimming pools are reserved for hotel guests, you’ll still enjoy the peace, privacy, and prime location this villa offers.

Inside, you’ll find open-plan living and dining, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a private balcony with leafy outlooks. Whether you’re planning a wine-tasting tour, a golf weekend, or a relaxing getaway, this villa offers the perfect base to explore the Hunter Valley’s vineyards, restaurants, and scenic beauty.

You will have access to the entire villa during your stay.

Note: As this is a privately owned villa within the Cypress Lakes Resort grounds, access is limited to the villa itself, Hillside pool, resort restaurants/bars, and walking paths. Hotel-managed pools and tennis courts are not accessible.

Getting Around
The villa is located within Cypress Lakes Resort on McDonalds Road, Pokolbin. The best way to get around the Hunter Valley is by car or local wine tour shuttle. Onsite parking is available at the property. For wine tours, ballooning, and events, many operators offer pickup from within the resort.

Pool and Resort Gym:Guests have access only to the Hillside Pool. Other resort pools and tennis courts are not include. Communal facilities may be closed without prior notice due to maintenance or restrictions imposed by management affecting all residents and guests.

Pool Towels: These are not provided, please bring your own if you plan to swim.

Towels & Linen: One towel per guest is provided. All bed linen is included. Contact us before arrival if you require extras (additional charges may apply).

Noise Policy: No parties or gatherings permitted. Please respect quiet hours and our neighbours. Breaches may result in eviction without refund.

Age Limit: Guests under 23 years must be travelling with parents or approved exceptions only.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry and dish supplies is provided. For longer stays, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
