Avec ses 2 salles de bains et son feu de bois, cette propriété d'une escapade à la campagne à proximité des vignobles. 

Situé dans l'affaire Marrowbone Road Pokolbin, à proximité des vignobles et du quartier central des affaires de Cessnock. L'emplacement idéal pour une escapade en couple ou en famille, un week-end entre filles ou des golfeurs. Cette propriété allie le meilleur d'une escapade à la campagne à proximité des vignobles. Ce cottage confortable est parfaitement situé pour profiter au maximum de votre séjour dans la région viticole de Hunter Valley.

À quelques minutes en voiture de la CDB de Cessnock, du zoo de Hunter Valley, des vignobles et des caves de Pokolbin et Mount View. Le Cottage a accès de chaque chambre à une véranda. Les deux chambres orientées vers l'ouest donnent directement sur le vignoble McWilliams Mount Pleasant Vineyard et le paysage de montagne avec des sièges relaxants pour admirer la vue. Il y a un autre bel espace extérieur à l'est du chalet qui mène à un jardin privé.

Hunter Valley Beauty

This was a wedding getaway with family. The home and it’s location were not only ideal but accompanied by very warm, generous and welcoming hosts. Very beautiful, comfortable and clean accommodation surrounded by even more beautiful countryside. Our only gripe is that we didn’t have time to stay longer!

Lovely house in quiet location with easy access to wineries

Very comfortable house with beautiful views. The AC made the stay very comfortable in summer. We were in a group and appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms.The access to the BBQ was not exactly convenient.

The main issue was that responsibility for the management of this booking was switched from Stayz to Weekenda a couple of months ahead of the booking date. I had no warning of this whatsoever and found Weekenda to be very unsatisfactory with regard to their management of the process. It is clearly all run off shore and there was no consistency between email communication and the messaging I received from the call centre on the occasions that I had to chase things up. The property that I originally booked was suddenly made unavaliable without adequate explanation and the re booking process was clumsy and protracted. In the end we were offered a comparable property and the booking went ahead as planned. However I would never knowingly use Weekenda again (they have a very poor google review rating so I am not alone in my experience). I would expect Stayz to be more upfront about their usage of third party providers and if you are not aware of Weekenda's poor reputation you owe it to your customers to take a closer look.

Perfectly presented and well maintained.

What a gorgeous spot. The garden is just beautiful. Cranked up the fire and we were set for the night. The agent Weekenda is very easy to deal with. Great location being close to Pokolbin to explore the wineries.

Very welcoming - everything we needed

La Sila was a magical Easter break for my adult family. The property is beautiful and well kept. It was warm, so we didnt need the indoor fireplace lit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There are plentiful fruit trees and a wonderful vegetable garden to inspect - a labour of love for the owner Joe. The property is very large so we had a lovely family walk for an hour one afternoon. The location is perfect on the southern side of Pokolbin so it is very close to the places you would want to visit.

We loved it ! The house as everything we needed. It’s beautiful country. After stocking up from a day in the wine country, it was lovely just to stay in the house. Couldn’t quiet work out how to use the TV properly, but it has Stan & Netflix. We will be back

Amazing and peaceful

We stayed at La Silla for 4 nights and it was a very beautiful and peaceful place. The house is a good size, plenty of room and everything you need. The balconies around the house were an added bonus for a morning or afternoon coffee. We also had access to the veggie garden, which was an awesome extra. Will definitely stay here again when we go to the Hunter Valley. Also any questions we had were answered quite quickly by the Weekenda staff. Thank you to all!

Excellent country house in a great location !

We have just returned from spending a long weekend at La Sila Homestead and it was perfect! The photos don't do it justice .. the property is amazing and ticked all the boxes for an enjoyable family retreat in the country. The owners even left us a fresh loaf of bread and milk. We can't wait to return.. and would definitely recommend staying here!
