It was fabulous to stay at Mount View. Suited us and our furry family member perfectly. Good sized rooms, well supplied kitchen and lots of space in the living areas. Lyn was great to communicate with.

Such a charming, tranquil home away from the bustle of the everyday. Off the beaten track and a lure.The hosts are very generous and the provisions are no exception. The kitchen equipment is so comprehensive you want for nothing.The large living areas are made cosy by the slow combustion fire and the verandah is just wonderful for time in the sun with a book and coffee.Highly recommended

We had a fantastic time! Beautiful house with everything you need, peaceful secluded location yet only 20 mins to Pokolbin and the wineries. We definitely would love to stay here again!

Yes the hosts were very welcoming, beautiful tranquil spot, the fur babies love it. It rained on our full day there which suited us fine we rested and watched movies and walked the doggies in the dry parts of the day. The house has all the amenities and we cooked up many great meals.

A very homely house in a beautiful part of the Hunter Valley with great wineries near by. The kitchen was very well equipped and made our stay very enjoyable. A nice, secure yard for our pets. Overall a great weekend away.

A lovely spacious property a short distance to a wide range of wineries and other family activities. The property has more than enough plates, glasses, etc. and the Lin thoughtfully provided tea, coffee, olive oil, spices and other basics. The décor but fits the original farm house aesthetic perfectly and still has all the mod cons like a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. I can recommend the property for a relaxing holiday a short drive from Sydney.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay ! A country experience!

Our family had a wonderful 4 nights away! Our dogs loved it as well as there was plenty of room outside for them to run around which was fully enclosed by a high fence( giving us peace of mind). Recommend it to anyone wanting a country escape with close access to the vineyards.

Scenic and Peaceful Mountain Getaway

A large and comfortable home, comfy and well appointed, looking over green paddocks and hills around Mount View Nestled among the song of bellbirds and magpies, we enjoyed a wonderful and peaceful short getaway. Much appreciated that we could bring our dog, thank you for this opportunity.

Brilliant country house in a spectacular area.

We absolutely loved the property! It is tucked away in a pocked of Mount View. Close enough to the wineries but far enough that you feel like youve really escaped. Sitting on the verandah was heaven! We cant wait to come back!
