We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following: - The home was cleaned and prepared prior to arrival on January 28, and an additional deep cleaning has since been started, with completion expected shortly. Carpets are also scheduled to be professionally cleaned in the coming days to ensure the home meets cleanliness and comfort standards. - We requested photos during your stay to better understand the concerns, but did not receive any at that time. Even so, your feedback has been shared with the cleaning team for additional attention to the areas mentioned. - Regarding pests, no signs of active issues were found during the most recent service visit. Preventative treatments are routinely placed throughout the home as a precaution, which is common for properties in coastal environments.
