Experience comfort and convenience in this modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the sought-after Arthouse building in South Brisbane. The space features an open-plan layout, private balcony, full kitchen, and internal laundry. Ideal for couples, families, or business travelers, the apartment offers 1 queen bed and 1 king split.
Guests also have access to a recreational deck with BBQ facilitiesâperfect for a relaxed evening in the city.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.

The parking garage is located next to Padre, with access from Hope Street, and the building entrance is located next to El Planta.
Height Restriction: 2.3 meters
PROPERTY FACILITIES: (7AM - 10PM)

Located on level 27 you will find the BBQ area with plenty of seating options to enjoy the view.
I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team at Ivy and Eve Apartments. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200 or more depending on the damage caused. Collected & Released by Airbnb.
