Kapalua Bsy Villas is in a great location. The view was wonderful and the condo is very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots and pans, etc. This is an older development where the units are individually owned. Some have been completely renovated. This one could use a little TLC.

Beautiful Views

This villa has a huge picture window facing the beautiful ocean. The grounds are amazing and there is so much to do nearby. Lots of walking trails, etc. The only thing is that the taxes on the free car are higher than quoted but not bad. I will definitely return!

Amazing Views, Short Walk to 4 Beaches!

This is our 3rd time staying at this complex. We keep coming back because there is so much to do within walking distance. There are beautiful beaches, snorkeling spots, jumping rocks, hiking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, all without having to get in your car. Condo is comfortable!

Love Kapalua villas. So quiet up there with access to two great beaches. Property had a great view and was right next to the pool. Plenty of parking.

Wonderful vacation!

We loved the condo and our stay here! Views were spectacular and plenty of space for our large group. Newer appliances were nice, furniture was older. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was fantastic. The beach/sand toys, chairs and boogie boards supplied were awesome. The grounds are beautiful, the pool proximity was amazing, and back to the views?. So fantastic! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for adding so much good to our wonderful vacation!

Trip of a lifetime

From booking to checking-in to questions we had during our stay we always had great communication with property! We had the best view ever in Hawaii and enough paper products, kitchen appliances for every meal we made. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer was great!! The beach chairs were a plus. The place was literally perfect for our family of 8. We ordered two beds that they brought in and were super comfortable. Lots of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

Nice Property - a little tired

We stayed at this property for two weeks. The unit itself is spacious and great for a large group with its king bed and two queens beds however it’s a little tired/dated and needs a refresh. The appliances weren’t in the best condition, the bedding was yellowed but clean, there were screens missing from windows, we had an ant issue and small worm/millipede issue and an issue in the second bathroom from either ants or termites with debris (wood dust) left in and around the shower daily. The view from the unit is amazing and the unit’s location is very close to the pool and bbq’s. Overall we had a great time.

The villa is very clean and beautiful. It?s bigger than the pictures shows. Also the 2 queens bed in the guest bedroom is an extra bonus for a larger family. The view of the ocean is amazing.

Beautiful Location

This property is located within easy walking distance to pristine Oneola beach, and easy 3 minute walk. A 10 minute hike on the costal trail and you can be at Kapalua. Views of the ocean are lovely. All of the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently to prepare our meals. The property was clean and uncluttered. Plenty of room for 6 adults and one child. We especially appreciated the fans, beach chairs (we found 4), cooler and boogie boards. The windows had been left open prior to our arrival and we struggled to cool the house down. The a/c was underwhelming but sufficient. We would happily stay in this unit again. All of the Kapalua Bay Resort area was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect vacation

We absolutely loved this rental. The location was perfect for its quiet and spectacular scenery. Beautiful views from the living areas and plenty of space for our group of 8. The grounds were also very pretty. Lots of beautiful tropical plants. The kitchen was great to have for warming up leftovers or cooking a meal. Everything was in good working order.

Cant wait to return!

Our stay at Kapalua Bay Villas was an excellent vacation. KBM and staff were great to work with. The unit was clean, and the view was spectacular. The pool was just steps away from our unit. Perfect time of year!

This was the absolute best time of year and the best location!! This was our second time staying at Kapalua and we just love it here. It is my happy place. We could see whales breeching from our patio. Definitely coming again !! The condo is as described and we enjoyed the pool and patio every evening.

Stay was amazing

Wonderful Accommodations

Kapalua is our favorite spot on Maui. The Bay Villas are a quick 5 min walk to a great boogie boarding beach and about a 10-15min walk to a fun snorkeling cove. The grounds are well kept and there’s plenty of space between buildings so it doesn’t feel crowded. Our Villa came with beach chairs, 2 bookie boards, thick nice beach towels, and a pair of binoculars for whale watching. The kitchen/living area is a nice size and we felt that the entire unit was comfortable for the 8 of us.

Great location and the view was incredible!

We absolutely loved this property. It was spacious and had the most incredible view. The entire resort was dreamy. So clean and well landscaped. We were thrilled to have the closet filled with sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. My kids loved that the pool was so close. The shower setup was perfect for cleaning off after visiting the beach, and the jetted tub in the master was so relaxing. Usually rentals have basic items in the kitchen, but this unit was way above and beyond our expectations. They really thought of everything. The check-in was so smooth. Our room was ready so much early than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Also, check out process was so simple. We absolutely would return to this property and would recommend it to everyone.

Amazing place to stay. The staff at KBM Hawaii were responsive. Pictures don’t fully reflect the amazing ocean views from this unit. Easy access to beach and pool. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Spectacular Views!!

We loved this house, views are spectacular..very spacy for 6 adults 2 kids..pool and walk to the beach very close by..no problems parking..gated /safe area..we enjoyed our stay very much..had all the essentials in the house such as beach chairs, umbrella, towels, kitchen supplies, pleased with the stay!!

Amazing Condo!

We felt right at home while visiting Maui, in this rental. It has a beautiful view and is very clean. The management is great, Maria was very helpful and super quick when we were in need of help. The condo is modern and comfortable and has a great view of the ocean. We loved it here and would definitely recommend to stay and would definitely come back.

Great for a larger group!

This property met and exceeeded our expectations! For a larger family we were able to have space and really enjoy our vacation! The proximity to the pool and barbecue space, access to the coastal trail and beach, and daily viewing of whales from the condo were outstanding!!!
