Jeanmarie, our host was wonderful, the villa is beautifully decorated and is in excellent condition and the view is absolutely spectacular! We really enjoyed watching the whales from the lanai. The villa is also well located with great restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning.

We had an amazing 180 degree ocean view, perfect for whale watching from the lanai. Pool was clean an quiet. This was the most amazing whale watching we have experienced. Whales breaching, sounding, spouting, playing on the surface, right before our eyes. Perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating.

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed on Maui! The location was perfect and the views were magical. The condo was gorgeous and very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. The beach is a very short 3 minute walk. We spent half of our trip sitting on the lanai watching and listening to the waves crash onto the rocks. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again and again!!

Amazing Oceanfront Views

We had a fantastic time at this property in Kapalua! The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better—so close to everything we needed. The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, and all the ocean gear you could want. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We’ll definitely be coming back!

50th Anniversary celebration

Stayed here 3 years ago. Loved it so much we decided then that we would come back for our 50th Anniversary. Missed being able to visit Lahaina this time but had wonderful dinners at the great restaurants - Merriman was the crowning touch. Will definitely be back.

Heaven on Earth

This wonderful villa is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. Rick Alo and his family have gone out of their way to furnish their villa with every amenity one could think of. Mahalo to them for being such great owners. Lastly, if there is a more beautiful place in all the world, I’m sure I don’t know where it is.

Cliff side beauty

We had a great stay at this cliff and beach side location! wonderful views sitting on the patio. Easy walks to three close beaches, including wave beach and snorkel beach. Pool just over the hill. Hard to come back to reality after our great vacation. We will be back!

Great Family Stay

I can't say enough wonderful things about the unit. It was clean, fully stocked and the location next to the pool/grills was ideal. Truly a vacation of our dreams. We spent countless hours outside watching the waves and when we wanted to walk to the beach, it was a 3 minute walk. Private/quiet, but close to all the amenities we enjoy in Kapalua. Everything about this stay was easy and we would love to return!

Perfect Place-Perfect View

This is our third time staying in the villa. The location, view, amenities, everything is perfect. It feels so special from the time you walk in. This round we only left for the pool, ocean or dinner. Otherwise we were on one of the patios taking in the view. So comfortable, quiet, gorgeous. We always reflect on how blessed we are when we stay here and hate to leave.

Fabulous Family Stay!

The unit is perfectly located for easy pool dips and private feeling beach trips- up on a bit of a bluff, just off the Kapalua Coastal trail. The decor is beautiful and beachy, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Golf was nearby at Kapalua Bay and Plantation courses- and the Ritz spa is an easy walk. Many thanks to Rick for sharing his lovely beach home with our family! We were sad to leave!
