Pool filter was not working the entire time we were there and it was filled with debris and dead bugs. I feel management knew because the last man who came out to service (we messaged every day) admitted to us that is was not working on purpose because the skimmers were leaking and needed to be repaired. There were two homes on either side of this house that were under construction from 7:00 am until at least 3:00 pm every day. You could not even sit on the patio the noise was so intolerable. If you wanted to swim, well then swim with the dead bugs which were floating on the entire surface. The landscapers came for 5 hours one of the days and blew more stuff into the pool. You definitely didn't want to be sitting outside that day. None of these very significant happenings which made our trip a nightmare were disclosed before we stayed there. Oh, and if that's not enough, you will carry your wet, rinsed dishes from the kitchen sink into the laundry room which is where the dishwasher is. I messaged Casiola every day and was just given the same response "we have passed your concerns on to the team and are working on it and will follow up soon". What a joke, we checked out on Saturday and got a "have a safe trip home".
