Beautiful, comfortable. Had everything for a perfect stay. AMA ing location - could walk anywhere we wanted to go. There was parking as well. Host Donna was very warm and helpful and communicative. We would stay with her again!

Great location and condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and equipped with all the comforts that of home. Check-in was easy. Pool in complex was nice and refreshing. Unit is in great location, short walk to Duvall. Blue Heaven is only a few blocks away and was our favorite breakfast stop.

Clean but not private

We mostly enjoyed this property. The reason we gave it 4 stars instead of five was how thin the walls were! We could clearly hear snoring, talking, and bathroom noises from neighbors on both sides of us. The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were tap dancing all the time. We know we had a couple of different groups as neighbors and the noise level didn't change. Our other con was the dishes in the kitchen, most were not microwave safe. We could only find a large cast iron skillet to cook with, so we were microwaving everything in a glass measuring cup instead of using the stove top. This was very disappointing, as we had planned on cooking breakfast most days. At the end of our stay, we used the broiler and were shocked to find all the pots and pans in the oven! The owners are lucky we hadn't preheated the oven and melted the handles! There should've been a sign to let us know they were in there. Now that the cons are out of the way, we can go on to the things we loved. This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The furniture was nice and comfortable. The bathroom and bedrooms were tiny, but nice. We were glad to have one room for our luggage and not another couple. The location is fantastic. All the action is an easy walk away, yet the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The grounds are landscaped nicely and well kept. Overall, this is a fantastic place if you don't mind hearing everything your neighbors are doing.

Great Place

Nice little 2 bedroom condo. Great location to walk to wherever you want. Pool access, private, clean property, gated community, and owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing stay in the Truman Annex! Donna is a wonderful host and even called me back months before my stay to answer a question. The condo is perfectly stocked and even had a few staple items in the fridge. I would highly recommend this unit.

Lovely

Cute little condo on the beautiful island of key west. Located just a few blocks from Duval street, ft zachary taylor, beach and well, everything else. Condo and complex clean and well kept. Only drawback, (to no fault of the owners) is the walls are thin! You can hear others conversing, laughing and walking. Makes it difficult to sleep and relax at times. Overall a great stay!

Great property!

This is an amazing condo. Quiet atmosphere but just a short walk to all of the sites and fun. We had an excellent time here, we enjoyed the pool, and the hosts left plenty of amenities for us to use. Definitely recommend booking here!

First time condo renter

This is the first time we rented thru VRBO so I had several questions for Donna. She was very patient and answered me back very timely every time. The condo is in a gated community and is very nice. Spotless when we arrived and had a real homelike feel. Furniture was all comfortable and in great condition. We loved the back deck. Parking spot is very close for our golf cart rental. The location was perfect too. It’s close to everything in Key West. I would highly recommend this condo.

We loved staying in Turman’s Annex Shipyard Condo. Closed to Duval Street but nice to be able to step back and enjoy the quiet of Turman’s Annex..

Location Location Location

This cute condo was perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to many of our favorite places, but also had a designated parking spot for our rental car. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to do some cooking when we needed a break from dining out. Communication was easy between us and the owner, as well as the housekeeper. We hope to stay again in the future.

Perfection

We have stayed at this location multiple times and have found it perfect. Clean, well supplied kitchen and linens, propane grill, patio faces park so there is no backyard neighbor as others in Shipyard have. Most of all we appreciate the owner's willingness to work with our changing schedules.

Awesome stay

Even though I haven't met Donna personally, I could tell she is an exceptional person. Her condo was warm and inviting. She was a great communicator and very accommodating. Everything you could imagine needing was in condo for your use with no limitations. It felt like I was at home. I can't thank her enough for allowing me to stay at her condo so I could have the best vacation.

Key West stay

Everything was perfect. Check-in was super easy. The pool was under maintenance all week was the only thing. It would have been nice to jump in to cool off. The condo itself was awesome.

Great stay in Key West

Great location - close to Duval, park/beach, and amphitheater (saw a concert while there). We originally planned to get a golf cart but there was no need. Pool is nice but could be busy at times. Everything was very clean.

We started vacationing in Key West in August. The first time we visited, there were yellow butterflies everywhere. At the pool we saw hummingbirds. The snorkeling at the beach was like swimming in a living aquarium. I was hooked!

We have a great location, within a great location. Sunset view everynight! Our condo has everything a vacationer needs. We love art work, our condo is artfully decorated.
We also have Premium TV Channels! Dont miss your favorite shows!
Also, we have the best cleaner on the Island!
