This little beauty is perfect for a city break, located on famous Peacock St with a 8 minute walk to Christchurch Casino and there are multiple restaurants within a 5minute stroll to Victoria St.
An enclosed private outdoor space with all day sun for those occasional lazy days, also a balcony in the master bedroom on the first floor.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour.

2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
