Location and size are great. A lot of the dishes were dirty when we pulled them out to use. Otherwise, everything was good and would stay at the property again.

This property was absolutely perfect for the weekend we spent in Iowa City/Coralville. It is brand new, with a great layout, comfortable couch and amazing kitchen that has all the necessities: cooking & dining utensils, dinnerware, pots & pans. The host also stocked it with coffee, spices, bottled water in the fridge. The beds in the bedroom were comfortable, loved the heated floors in the bathrooms, and the amenities that came with it. This house was super clean and overall a great place to rest, relax & unwind.

A few small things needed repair ( toilet paper holder and a door stopper) and supplying facial tissues would be a nice touch. The outdoor garbage was overflowing upon arrival so we had to stack our garbage on top of it. The washer was great to have although it didn’t run well- spin cycle not great and it was super loud.We enjoyed the deck. A grill would be a great addition!The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed very clean.The location is perfect for us- close to lots of activities and restaurants. Off street parking was so nice especially when there was a threat of hail. Overalll a very nice accommodation and we would def recommend to others.
