Relax with family and friends at this newly constructed home. Great for family stays, this property sleeps six and offers a comfortable atmosphere for guests to unwind. Our home has been fully equipped with everything you need to feel like home.

Primary BR: 1 King bed
Second BR: 1 Queen bed
Third BR: 2 twin beds

We are centrally located in Tiffin, IA near Coral Ridge Mall, UI Hospitals and Clinics, Kinnick Stadium, Carver Hawkeye Arena and just 18 miles from Cedar Rapids. We are just 20 minutes from the Amana Colonies. Walking distance from groceries and a wonderful local bar and grill.

We offer keyless entry with a secure code provided before check-in and off-street free parking. There will be enough coffee and tea for a few days, along with free wi-fi, of course. There are smart TVs in the living room and primary suite for connecting to your services.

Very clean, nice neighborhood and close to the wedding venue. We got alot of snow, and as soon as it was done there was a very nice young man there to clear the driveway for us.

Beautiful place to stay in Tiffin that is close to Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty, with plenty of amenities within a short driving distance. Host Greg is great with communication, which is very appreciated! I'll be letting people know about this gem!

Excellent. Minor things

When we first got there there was a couple inches of snow on driveway. Hard to tell where to park. However I contacted the owner and he responded quickly and a little while later the snow was being removed. The trash receptacle to hold trash was completely full and we had to have friends remove it from the property as we don't like to leave messes. The owner was very good at answering and the home was nice. Mattresses are on the extremely firm side but honestly I'm not complaining. Overall it's a nice place and owner obviously cares about your stay. I only mention those couple things too make you aware so you come prepared. Thanks

Comfortable clean and safe neighborhood

The home was a new home, very clean and homey. Close to stores and highway. The Host was prompt and good with communications.
