The interior design of this condo spared no expense and you will be in comfort as soon as you enter the door. With views of the Iowa River, you will have access to nature trails and all the entertainment of the Iowa River Landing.

If walkability is what you are looking for, this condo has it in excess. Our guests are footsteps from the convention center, Xtream Arena, University of Iowa Hospitals (IRL location,) two museums, multiple fine dining options, shops, Trader Joes, and many more entertainment options.

The University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Kinnick Stadium, Carver Hawkeye Arena, the Campus, Downtown Iowa City, and the Old Capital are all 5 to 10 minutes away.

Enjoy the dual OLED flat-screen-TVs in the living room with complementary Hulu+ESPN+Disney+ for all guests. Take advantage of the premium appliances and cook a meal to enjoy in front of the press-button fireplace. Or work from home in style!

We were in for a football game and the place was perfect. Very clean and comfy and lots to do in the Iowa River Landing area. Check in and check out could not have been easier and Kyle kept in touch regularly over the weekend. I only took one star off on "family friendly" because I did not have any little ones with me. Excellent stay. I would absolutely stay again!

A Perfect Stay!

An absolute gem! The decor was stylish, thoughtfully designed, and made the space feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect--close to everything! I felt completely safe and at ease during my stay. This place had every amenity I could ask for--fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedding, fast wi-fi, and 2 smart TVs. Communication with the host was excellent. Kyle was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Every detail was well taken care of, making the trip seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location

We stayed at Kyle’s place a few weeks ago for a college visit and Hawks game. The beds were SO comfortable. The space was decorated beautifully, had anything you could need to cook and the location was amazing. This area has grown so much since we had been there last. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The only problem is none of the power outlets in the kitchen were working when we got there. After finding the electrical box behind the guest bedroom door, I reset 4 breakers, and everything was working. It was a very comfortable, very clean, very modern condo. There were generous power outlets around to power your your devices. There is a 24/7 gym across the street.

Great condo

This condo was a great place to stay for a family wedding. We loved being able to have so many spots within walking distance to choose from for meals. It was very nice to be able to park in the basement garage too. The condo was very clean & well stocked. Our only complaint would be that when we first entered the condo, the heat was turned up too high for our liking. We did finally get the temperature adjusted to a more comfortable setting, but it did take a bit for this adjustment to happen. Kyle was great to work with & replied to any questions promptly. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Walking distance to the arena. Great condo unit in a great location. Super comfortable and enjoyed the underground parking in the winter as well. Would definitely stay again

The Iowa River Landing is an exciting neighborhood. You really can't ask for more from a neighborhood. Xtream Arena is a block away; dozens of restaurants and shops are a 1-2 minute walk from this location. The Iowa River Landing is the only neighborhood in Iowa City that combines entertainment, nature, shopping, and dining. Even with all the options, the area is not noisy nor congested. I believe the Iowa River Landing (aka IRL) is the jewel of the Iowa City area.
