This is the absolute best place I've ever stayed! The pictures do not come close to showing how amazing it is. Excellent host, cleanliness, and close to everything we needed. Neighbors were nice, easy for ride share to pick up and drop off.

First time experience and theee. Private and able to walks around the neighbor and quiet. Way better than a hotel stay. When we come back we will be staying again. Hospitality is phenomenal better than I expected.

Unique downtown Indy hot tub experience!

This location is beautiful, you’ll find the most unique decor and cozy set up with each room you walk into, we had three adults but with the pull out couch in the living room more guests could easily sleep and have plenty of room! The hot tub patio and rooftop patio were amazing it was so nice watching the sun go down from the roof and you’ll have the best sleep of your life if you utilize the hot tub before bed! Great host beautiful property I will definitely be telling all friends and family about this property

Perfect Adult Weekend Getaway House!

Beautiful house, very artistic unique and fun decor, clean, extremely comfy furniture, mattresse/pillows and has about everything you could possibly need. WOULD DEFINITELY stay again! Only negatives- not a great neighborhood but I did feel COMPLETELY safe the entire time! I felt weird knowing that they have cameras, but I got over that eventually. The worst thing is that we felt like we had a curfew because of the limited outdoor activity usage hours that are recommended... The rooftop and hot tub area are so welcoming and relaxing ,and these areas are the most appealing reasons to stay here in my opinion. Unfortunately those hours, are not very convient for most travelers. But overall, we definitely thought everything else was wonderful, and all things mentioned are all very minimal issues to even mention, but I like to give honest but full reviews. The positives definitely outweight the negatives here, and our entire group all agree that we would all highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

Family Memories

We used this property the weekend of the Billy Joel Concert. I won't lie if I wasn't a little nervous when we pulled down the street. But when we entered the home it was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The home was extremely clean and the decor gave off a wonderful vibe. Communication with the host was wonderful and she answered any and all questions in a quick and timely manner. Would stay here again. Thanks for a great memory making event with our kids.

Cool home, bad area

The house was decorated impeccably! The beds looked comfy but were actually thick pieces of foam so you rolled into the middle and if you have any back issues, you will struggle without any support. The neighborhood is definitly not a place I would ever want to live but thankfully this wasn't a girls trip and my husband and brother in law were with us so we felt safe. Also this must be owner operated, we forgot to put the top on the hot tub for a few hours and we received several calls from the owner who was watching us on video. My ringer was off but I woke up at midnight, remembered to go check and took care of it. We've never experienced such a panic over something so minor and we've stayed in over a hundred airbnb's and vrbo's, we're million milers with Delta, collectively visited over 50 countries and travel weekly for work.

Winter Getaway

This home was exceptional. 10 out of 10. I am very particular and have high standards when I choose a VRBO rental and this home did NOT disappoint. The home was very clean. We felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Beth has excellent taste. You can see the attention to every detail in the home. I couldn't get over how beautifully decorated the home was. The art displayed around the home was stunning. The Bottleworks District is about 10 min away. We enjoyed great places to eat in that area. Coming back to the house to enjoy the hot tub with a glass of wine made the evenings perfect! We would 100% come back and stay in this home again.

Colts vs Lions

Very comfortable home. It was decorated nicely and attention was given to every detail to make you feel at home. The host was very responsive and we were able to leave our cars on the property during the game. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone needing to stay close todowntown Incy!

So clean & So COOL!

The house was BEAUTIFUL and so clean! The Hot tub was just what I needed between long stressful flights. After stepping foot in this home you no longer want to see the city 😅 there's so much character! If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely book here again, hopefully for more than one night next time đŸ€— Communication with the owner was so straight forward and easy. She already had the rules of the house sent to me in full detail which was nice to go back and look at when I wasn't sure of something. If I had any questions that needed answered, she answered right away! Most definitely a gem!

4 Senior Gals annual meet up

Very lovely decorated and fully appointed two story near Fountain Square/Fletcher Place area. Check in and out was easy peazy. Plenty of easy parking. Not really a walkable neighborhood, but very close drive to plenty of upscale activities - we enjoyed the Bottleworks District and Milktooth for Sunday breakfast. The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 were the rules we encountered in email just before arrival and in signs throughout the home - which we didn't always see right away.

Great stay

The property was very nice, excellent proximity to downtown and the everwise amplitheater which we were there to attend. The neighborhood maybe wasn’t the greatest just by looking around when we walked to a nearby restaurant but it was quiet and we had no problems whatsoever. The owner was quick to respond and she left us 2 delicious eclairs as a treat which was so nice.

Just Beautiful!!!

Aesthetically, by far the warmest and well thought out, very well decorated place we’ve visited. Beth did a tremendous job in how she decorated her place. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay. Certainly will visit again if in the area. Highly recommended!

Night out

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The host was honest and clear with information. The house was clean and super cool!!! The neighborhood is not the greatest but you can tell many places are being worked on and updated. We did feel safe and did not have any trouble at all. I highly recommend this place. Close to lots of Indy attractions.
