Porta Pacifique 25 is a bright and spacious apartment, ideally located across from beautiful, peaceful Bilinga Beach.

Situated on the eighth floor, the renovated apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms (including ensuite) and balcony with stunning panoramic ocean views. There’s also a swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens and half size tennis court.

The open plan living space features reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and smart TV with Wi-Fi, plus access to the beachfront balcony. From here, you’ll get incredible panoramic views from Surfers Paradise in the North, to Point Danger in the South, plus lovely refreshing sea breezes!

The master bedroom comes with a king bed, TV and ensuite, while the second bedroom has two XL single beds. Both bedrooms, along with the living room have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek stone benches, quality appliances (including dishwasher and coffee pod machine) and plenty of bench and storage space.

The spacious main bathroom/ laundry offers shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer.

Porta Pacifique is a secure and well-maintained building offering a swimming pool, half-size tennis court, tropical gardens and secure basement parking for one car (2m height limit). There are also on-site 8-hour visitor car parks for guests to share.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
