Cute place. Everything you need. Everything worked great. Clean. Fantastic and very large fenced in back yard! The appearance of the house from the outside makes it look older, but the inside and yard is great. It’s not a fancy neighborhood, but it seemed safe and friendly.

Hi John, Thank you for the very nice review. I’m very happy you enjoyed your stay and had everything you needed. I’m happy you recognized the age of the house, it was built back in the 1950’s , when many Amish and Mennonites were moving permanently to Sarasota, since they had built the permanent Mennonite church. I hope you were able to enjoy many of the Amish restaurants and shops in close by Pinecraft !

The house presented well externally and was neat, clean, tidy and presented well inside. The appliances were up-to-date and the interior looked to be recently renovated/refashioned. The enclosed, patioed back yard was a bit bedraggled but our dog loved it! Only a tractor trailer and work equipment perched on the lawn of a house across the street keeps us from rating our house as an Aplus.

The property was small and quaint. The home was very clean. It gad all the small essentials that you forget the pack. It had all the appliances to cook with. The yard us fenced in and perfect foe my dogs. We did wake up on our first day without water . The owner called a repairman and it was fixed later the same day. It did not have very good water pressure. If ut did have a commu ity piol, I never found it. Only the main one at the beach. It was a quiet little neighborhood.

We are thrilled to hear that you found the home exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and perfect for your dogs! We sincerely apologize for the temporary water disruption on your first morning; a water pressure valve had unexpectedly malfunctioned, but we are glad our team was able to have a technician out to resolve it completely that same day. For the convenience of our future guests, our community pool is located at Arlington Park, which is just a scenic 10-minute walk down the street to the west. Thank you for staying with us, and we would love to welcome you back anytime!
