A 3 bed/2 bath home 5 miles to award-winning beaches and minutes to airport, downtown, shopping, restaurants, and activities. No need for a car, one can bike everywhere from here. Museums, golf, boating, sunbathing, swimming, all with a urban/tropical vibe. Relax and unwind or paint the town, we have it all! Enjoy private access to the entire house, pool area, and backyard during your stay. Owners live on-property in the adjacent unit. We welcome you to enjoy our little slice of paradise in sunny Sarasota!

This was a perfect home for our stay in Sarasota. The location was convenient to downtown Sarasota, Lido Beach, St. Armand's Key, The Bay Park and many other attractions. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful. Gabby and John are excellent hosts! I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Sarasota.

The kitchen was fully equipped. The interior was clean, bright and colorful. Lots of fun and original artwork. Our mini American Shepherd loved exploring the secure back yard. Location was convenient to both Lakewood Ranch and Longboat Key, where seafood restaurants and shopping abound. Gabby and John are kind and accommodating hosts.

The house was really nice and pool area was gorgeous. Lido beach was a quick 10 minute drive away. There were many shops and grocery stores within 5 minutes of the property so we got to spend more time enjoying our vacation!

Roomy, wonderful swimming pool, great kitchen, dinning and living room combo, we had 7 people and didn't feel cramped...laundry room is really nice too.. Pick this place to stay when your in Sarasota

Loved it here!

Absolutely loved this place. It was so cozy and clean and the outdoor space was like a piece of paradise. The pool and landscaping around it are so beautiful we used it every single day! We would love to come again!

The house was amazing! Great space, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to all the places. Much of what I would normally have to pack was already provided. 10 out of 10. When we come back, we will definitely stay again!!

Family Vacay

Our stay was amazing. Everything worked as it should. We spent a couple hours each night playing games. The pool was amazing and we went swimming all the time. The location is great everything we needed was within a couple of miles. The host's are great and very helpful if you are in need of anything. The beach is about a 10 minute drive to Lido.

Perfect place for a family get away!

Perfect property for a family to have a get away. The place was super clean, the owners are right next door and available for all our needs. We will for sure re book with them next time we are in town.

Charming House and Beautiful Pool

Wonderful family set up. The hosts are great and the house is well equipped. The pool is lovely and a beautiful setting, especially in the evening. The house is in an historical area and parks and groceries are in walking distance (under a mile). We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was perfect for my family. Location is close to beaches and everything we needed. The hosts were so attentive, kind, and very much wanted us to enjoy the house, area, and our vacation. This place will always be our #1 pick!

Perfect vacation home

Absolutely beautiful home inside and out! Convenient location. Lots of beach and pool toys, towels, chairs, even a wagon! Plenty of room for us and our three teenage kids. Owners are super friendly! We hope to come back soon!

Excellence at its finest!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. We had a graduate from Ringling college and the proximity to her was perfect! The owners/Host go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a most memorable one. The pool is clean and inviting, kitchen is equipped with all you need. We were within a 10 minute drive to N. Lido beach which offers public parking. House had bath, pool and beach towels provided also a bin with noodles, boogie boards and beach toys. The screened front porch was thoroughly enjoyed, especially for morning coffee. We were sad to leave this home that we had the privilege of making ours for one week. We cant wait to come back!!! Thank you for providing the perfect space for us to make unforgettable memories!

Amazing place, great location, awesome hosts!

The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Great location within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Heated outdoor pool was very clean, backyard was fantastic. Priced very reasonably. And hosts, John and Gabby, were amazing! We are definitely coming back again! Thank you!!!

Awesome stay for family of 5

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious, the main living room is cozy/functional. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk room. We loved the pool and the backyard area. The location is awesome - a quick drive to our favorite spot Lido Beach, close to docks/boat ramps for fishing, close to the grocery store and great restaurants. The hosts were inviting/friendly & available/responsive if we had any needs. We would love to come back to stay again in the future :)

Best Vacation Ever

Gabby and John are very nice and welcoming people and are the absolute best. The place was very nice and clean very home like with very friendly and quiet neighborhood. Access to beaches was very close and this being the first time my kids had been to the beach and they absolutely loved it. My husband and John reconnected after all these years from being out of the army and he was ecstatic to see his brother again. I would absolutely recommend anyone that wanted a family oriented getaway to stay at there place. Thank you John and Gabby for everything I am so glad we came there to vacation and it def won’t be the last!

We are traveling musicians that live on a detached converted apartment on site. We are world travelers that remain out of site and separated from the home by a fence. Often we are gone traveling or on tour or playing somewhere regionally. Gabby the guitarist works from home in marketing for the Titanic exhibits. John the mandolin player works on songwriting and managing the property.

This property is taken care of and is constantly being upgraded between rentals for aesthetic appeal and for guest privacy and enjoyment. We work to create a comfortable space where vacationers can relax with family and friends for time in the house as well as the many nearby attractions. We live for the ocean as sailors, swimmers, and fishers. Being from land-locked origins, we both have the sea in our hearts and want to share the feeling we both get from the area and what it has to offer. Come stay and find out why we are highly booked and reviewed on several rental sites.
