Adult getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this little villa, it was perfect for the 2 of us to get away for the wk. Perfect location, not overly loud or crowded, within walking distance of 3 piers, and not far from the boardwalk.

Loved the Balcony , Comfortable Bed , Would Recommend

I stayed here because I was looking at buying one of these in the future , but the 1 bedroom in either this building or the other villas , not the main building. I really liked staying here a lot. The main building has lots of stuff you can use too while staying here. The pool that goes inside and out is heated and I really liked that one. I did use the lazy river in front of the villa one day , it's small but nice to float around in. The day I was checking out the Shriner's had a parade and I was able to watch part of it from the balcony till I had to leave and watched the rest from the street. It was a 2 hour long parade ! The place was clean and I didn't see one bug. It is also convenient to get to the back parking lot from Kings Hwy you just go down 20th Ave South. Some may not like this older area , but I didn't have any problems. The beach is a short walk across the street. The NY Pizza inside the main building was very good and has a bar also. I also used the dry sauna one day. Their is also a small convenience store within walking distance. I stayed here 2 nights and 3 nights in a nice condo in Cherry Grove. Even though the one in Cherry Grove was newer and larger , I liked staying here better and I slept better in this bed which was softer which most people like a firmer bed , but not me. I want to buy one of these with a view of the park across the street and the ocean in about 3 years. Only thing I wish they had included 1 or 2 keurig coffee pods.

Really bad and inconvenient stay

This was one of the worst experience that me and my wife had. The kitchen st night was full of baby roaches. We did not get no response back from the owners no management so we was informed by security the best thing to do was to go to Walmart and get some spray and spray the room down. We stayed up most of the night from spraying the room down and letting it air out and cleaning up dead roaches all over the place. Check out was at 11 we left to go and get breakfast and came back at 10:15 Room cleaners was in the room cleaning and had packed up all of our luggage and set them at the door .saying that we supposed to have been out at 10 and none of them could speak English. Kyle and his partner was not helpful at all. And we had to go out and buy towels after they took all them from the room and did not replace them.I do not recommend staying here
