Theodore, I was going above and beyond to make your stay good. Sorry, you were unhappy. But as you say - condo (I manage) was nice. I am not managing ALL building. the building is not under my control. Please, reconsider your rating, while traveling OFF-SEASON.

Alex was very personable and easy to communicate with. The unit was perfect for my husband and I. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony, the bed was large and comfortable, there was enough dresser space for us to unpack for a few days, it was clean and came equipped with everything we needed. If I were to ever go back to Myrtle Beach, I would definitely stay here again. I gave the "property" cleanliness 3 stars because this is a resort which is very run down and needs some attention. We did run into 2 owners on our trip and they both told us that they are working to clean the place up. None of the pools or hot tubs were in service while we were there, so that was disappointing, but there was a service guy there looking at them with one of the owners we spoke to. I'd be curious to see what the place looks like in 5 years. It has some real potential. That being said, there is direct beach access and the gates are locked from Midnight to 8am for safety. If you're looking for a place to stay that won't break the bank, you should definitely stay at Fourteen-O-Nine!

The place was great with easy access to ocean and the pool is nice even though it wasnt open at the time we went due to them waiting on a part for the pump. The location is great with it being just a little ways from all the shoping. Me and my friends had a great time and would come hear agian next time we come to myrtle Beach.

Full kitchen (includes toaster, blender to make morning smoothies, coffee machine) with stove and refrigerator. Free Internet and TV. Beach chairs and tent, beach umbrella are included in rent. Great location, close to family golf, close to the airport. Great facility (fast elevator too). A lot to discover around.
