On the entry level you have Bedroom 5 with a queen bed, the laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. Up another level to the main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen and bedroom 3 has two sets of double bunks.
The next level has the kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dining and lounge room. All open plan with a deck off the side. On the third level there is another lounge room with large flat screen television and DVD player, and Bedroom 4 with queen size bed and television.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children"s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique "Indie Films" to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
