Have fun and relax with your whole family in our beautiful house. This home is neat and elegant with easy access to playing area for the children. The tons of parks, restaurants, grocery store, pizza store, and so much more all are within a walking distance! It is a few minutes drive to Deerfoot highway and Stoney trail. The house is 10 minutes drive to the biggest shopping mall in Southern Alberta , Cross iron Mill and Costco.

ALLOWED FOR DOGS
- The extra fee will be charged for EACH PET together with an additional cleaning fee (to be negotiated).
- We love cat but we do apoplogy, your cat will be welcome if the owner have the properly protect methods ( ie the furniture sheet covers, cat's claw's protector, cat's cage...)

- Follow the other pet rules:
+ No pet on the funiture/bed
+ Clean up your pet’s waste carefully
+ Bowls in the kitchen
+ Dogs must be leashed
+ Before you leave, pls sweep any pet hair and dispose of waste in outside trash.

Main floor: Living room with sofabed, dining room, kitchen.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms and Gym area and laundry room.
The unfinished basement: not accessible for guests
