We’re located in the beautiful Oliver neighbourhood — one of the most loved areas in the city.
You’ll be close to everything: great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and unique local stores. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re here for work, school, or a city getaway.

To keep our home comfortable and enjoyable for everyone:
No extra or unconfirmed guests
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
Please remove shoes at the door
No pets
No smoking inside (No smocking on the balcony as well — $500 fine for indoor or balcony smoking)
Use makeup wipes (not towels)
Keep windows closed in winter


🔔 For safety, there is a doorbell camera outside the building. 24/7 security for the building.
