Cette magnifique suite se trouve au coin de l'avenue 99, au sommet de la rue 105, à quelques minutes à pied du parlement et du marché de producteurs pendant les mois d'été (fête des mères). Le bâtiment dispose d'une salle de sport privée pour nos clients et d'un café Starbucks qui est utilisé par le quartier qui l'entoure. De nombreux habitants l'utilisent à cause de sa vue magnifique sur la colline et en face d'un parc du patrimoine.

Ideal location, very clean and inviting. Kitchen had everything you’d need plus nice extras. Bakery on the ground floor a nice touch to this newer, secure building. I’ll need not look for accommodations in Edmonton again - this is the place!

I stayed here while my parents while my father was having medical treatments. The location was perfect and minutes away from anything you need, and the apartment is very homey. Kitchen has everything you need, great views from a wonderful balcony. The hosts are so easy to contact and very helpful. 10 out of 10.

The property was extremely clean. Everything was updated and modern. A fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra linens and bedding. The building is super safe and walking distance to so many food options. Great communication Ilynne and Pierre. We would definitively stay again.

Took my mom to a concert at Commonwealth Stadium and had my husband and toddler join us for the trip! We had a fantastic stay in Edmonton! Great location for checking out local restaurants and walking distance to the Rogers Arena! Condo felt safe with lot's of security and well kept! Pierre was a fantastic host. Super helpful with directions and pictures to get into bulding! Communication was top notch- from helping us find local nearby resturants to accommodating special requests. When we come back to Edmonton we will definitely be stayng here again! Thanks again Pierre!

A very pleasant stay

We are in the fourth month of an extended stay at this property and have found the stay to be enjoyable.Ilyne is an excellent host who keeps the property sparkling clean .She is very personable and promptly responds to any query or requests.The property is very well equipped with all of the furnishings and appliances required for an extended stay if you are planning on doing meal preparation.The building is modern and well maintained and with an excellent bistro on the main floor that serves tasty food and fine libations.

Clean and comfy

My husband and I stayed here with some friends for the World Juniors Hockey tournament. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Rogers arena, approximately 15 mins. Lots of restaurants near by. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

Old Friend's visit

This stay was perfect for old friend's catching up for a night. It was comfortable and had all we needed to have a relaxing visit.
