We had a great stay at this property during our trip to Nashville. The location was excellent — located in a nice residential area while still being very convenient to 12 South, downtown, and everything else we wanted to do during the weekend.The house worked really well for our group and gave us plenty of space to relax when we weren’t out exploring the city. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, this was a great home base for our Nashville trip. The combination of the location, space, and convenience made it a very easy stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to the action without having to stay directly downtown.

Points forts : Propreté, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
The property is very nice and conveniently located to a lot. We were there for my daughter's orientation for Belmont University and could just walk there. Several great restaurants within walking distance too! Only issue I had was the check in didn't go well because there was a problem with the lock but luckily there was another unit and they shifted us over to that one after multiple attempts to get the lock to work. The property managers were very responsive and great to work with and it all panned out fine. Was just a minor headache after driving 8 hours. Really appreciated their service minded responses for sure. More mention it because of how well it was handled. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept very well! Will be looking to stay there again
