This incredible 4 bedroom plus bonus/games room condominium offers our guests 13 different beds for a variety of sleeping arrangements. With 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Full & 6 Twin beds to choose from.

Located centrally to downtown Nashville, the WestEnd area caters to fine dining, upscale shopping, boutique coffee shops & a mix of cultural entertainment that serves both the professional side of Nashville & the student lifestyle behest to the nearby Vanderbilt & Belmont Campuses.

Enjoy being able to walk to Centennial Park, The Parthenon & countless restaurants within a few mins from our home.

If you find yourself driving into town, we provide 2 designated parking spaces within the secure private & gated garage. Just a few steps from your vehicle, take the elevator to the third floor & you are home.

Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals at home, a bar trolley with mixing utensils & the true highlight being our coffee preparation ensemble. Regardless of the type of coffee you prefer, we have tried to provide you with the means to indulge. You’ll find the choice of a standard drip machine, a k-cup (Keurig), a Nespresso & even an espresso maker!

1st Floor:

The Kitchen with large island & bar seating for 4.

The Dining Area includes a dining table & seating for 8. There is an additional Bar trolley for drink prep in this space.

The Living room featuring a fireplace, ample comfy seating & an 80” flat screen TV. High vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light & 2 ceiling fans round out this room.

The Laundry room provides a stackable washer & dryer, step stool, iron, ironing board & cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms etc. We also supply laundry detergent & dryer sheets for your convenience, so feel free to freshen up any towels or clothing during your stay.

Bedroom #1 - 2x Full Size beds. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a spacious closet, ceiling fan & flat screen TV. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 2 beds).

Bedroom #2 - 1x King Bed, plus 2x Twin beds in bunk formation. This bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan & an en-suite bathroom. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 3 beds).

2nd Floor:

Bedroom #3 - 1x Queen Bed & 2x Twin beds in bunk formation. There is a spacious closet plus a make-up station with mirror, chair & desk. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 3 beds).

Games Room (loft area) - In addition to the compact pool table, large flat screen TV, Karaoke machine, vinyl record player & assortment of board games, there are also 2x Full size sofa beds. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 2 beds).

Bedroom #4 - 1x Queen Bed & 2x Twin beds in bunk formation. This bedroom is en-suite & has a spacious closet. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 3 beds).
