We loved staying at Top of the Row during our girls weekend in Nashville. It was so convenient to walk to breakfast and shopping, and a short Lyft from downtown Broadway. We had a wonderful experience and loved all of the decor and everything about the house. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and we can't wait to visit again next year!

The house was in a convenient location to travel to restaurants and sights in Nashville. Everything was clean and worked properly. Access to the property was easy through the alley in the back and parking was free in the provided parking area.

Great location close to everything, especially the freshmen side of Vanderbilt campus, and easy to downtown. Fun decor and exceptionally clean space. Responsive host. We would definitely stay again and hope to come back soon!

Traveled to Nashville for a friends trip and this was the perfect spot for 8 people! The location was super convenient and the place was exactly as pictured. We loved the nod to Taylor Swift in the pink room as well. Would definitely recommend!

The unit was very nice and clean. Excellent property with large bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and great seating in the living room for multiple people with plenty of space. Would stay there again.

Amazing location! The property was so well decorated, very clean and our host was very quick to respond to questions! We loved that we each had our own bathroom as well! We did have a vehicle, so getting downtown was not an issue- would highly recommend!

A Nashville getaway

We fell in love with this complex! It was super accommodating with our family and everyone had their own space!! It’s a super close walk or drive to Kroger so we were able to have groceries and lots of appliances!! Would 100% recommend staying here!!

Great Place!

The property was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were lookng for! Clean, comfortable and enough space for 6 adults to stay. Each couple had their own bed and bath, worked out perfectly. The location was safe, close to neighborhood attractions. Too far to walk to and from Broadway, but very easy to Uber around everywhere! Highly recommend for a nice, clean, spacious place with 6 people.

Great Service

We loved Nashville and the VRBO host(s) were amazing! Super helpful, very responsive to all our questions and they provided great suggestions. The condo is on a beautiful street with lots of amenities within walking distant and it was easy to uber to Broadway. The unit is light and bright with plenty of space to spread out and well stocked, we loved it!

Such a fun and place!

We had an early Christmas family gathering (ages 2, 16-50). The rental is furnished well and the kitchen is equipped with everything we need. The master bedroom bed is so incredibly comfortable!!The family liked all the bedrooms and the small details that added to the comfort of our stay. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. I would love to stay here again for our next family gathering. The hosts respond quickly and are proactive at providing the information we need. Highly recommend!

Excellent place

Very clean, easy to get to, easy to get in. Wish there had been laundry detergent provided and check out instructions placed more visible for us. Otherwise it was a great experience and would highly recommend. Had disabled brother with walker and vision issues with us and it was very accessible for him.
