This is a wonderful house! It is exactly as pictured on VRBO website. Everything is clean and new, and the house is so well appointed with everything you need. The A/C works great (so important in our Texas summers). The kitchen is fantastic with every dish or gadget to cook meals. I loved that this host provided plenty of toilet paper, tissues, towels for both kitchen and bath, and hand and dish soap. The view of the lake is amazing and so peaceful. There are neighbors on all sides, but the lot is huge so not crowded at all. Highly recommend--and I will definitely come back to this one!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space. The place was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the large dining table was perfect for eating and for the family to play games, which came in handy on the rainy day. The only thing we thought was missing were towels for use at the lake and a broom or wet Swiffer to clean floors during our stay. Overall, it's a great place for a large group, and we would and did recommend it to the fishing boat captain.

The house was very roomy and clean and plenty of space for multiple family members. We really enjoyed the property and house and will be staying her again in the summer! :-)

The kitchen was very well stocked with excellent quality appliances and cookware. Very nice and clean decor. We just loved it! We had such family fun on spring break. We would go back again!

Beautifully appointed and comfortable home with gorgeous view of Lake Texoma. The house provided everything and then some for our family reunion. Highlights included evenings around the fire pit (plenty of seating for 15), huge yard between the house and lake for games and scenic photos, and large kitchen and dining area suitable for extended family. We brought paddle boards and could access the lake directly off the yard which was a plus. Had a small snafu where we could not access the house with the lock code provided, but we were able to contact the property manager to remedy it. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommend This Peaceful Lake House Retreat

We stayed at this lake house for the weekend and had an absolutely fantastic time! The house was spotless when we arrived, and it’s clear the property is very well taken care of. There was plenty of room for our whole family to spread out comfortably, and the parking situation was perfect with lots of space for multiple cars.The kitchen and living areas were wonderful—not just for cooking and hanging out, but also for the beautiful views right from inside the house. Being able to look out at the lake and scenery while making meals or relaxing on the couch made the whole stay feel extra special.One of the highlights of our trip was enjoying coffee on the patio each morning. The peaceful surroundings and fresh air made it the perfect way to start the day. The sunsets were just as memorable and quickly became our favorite evening ritual.The outdoor space was another huge plus. The fire pit was big enough for our entire family to gather around, making our evenings cozy and fun.Overall, this lake house had everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay here again!

The lake view and the house were very nice. The house was not clean. We left early and received a refund for that day but the entire house needed a thorough cleaning.
