The Palms 501 features a master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and balcony access to gorgeous beach views. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with new granite countertops, cabinets, backsplash, and fixtures. There is also new paint and vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire unit. ***There is on-going construction at The Palms as they replace the roof of the building. Work is expected to continue through 2025 and possibly into 2026. While work is limited to noise ordinance/daytime hours, guests may experience occasional noise and see scaffolding around the building. The beach access is still open but use with caution. The pool may not be open during this time. We’ve adjusted our rates accordingly and appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.***

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

The Palms Condominiums is located beachfront on Okaloosa Island. This low rise, 6-story complex has only 23 units and offers a swimming pool, sun deck, and BBQ grilling area! Fish off the pier at Okaloosa or try your hand at the array of watersports in the area. There's something for everyone, so pull out your calendar and start planning your trip!
