Twelve Oaks Resort - 1/4 mile from Lake Norfork Marina

This home is in a beautiful and quiet area off of Hwy 62. There is plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats.
The open floor plan combines the large living room and kitchen in one shared space and overlooks the spacious deck and outdoor fire pit. Lake Norfork can be seen through the woods in the backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. There is also a grill on the deck. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 3 twin beds. There is also a comfy sofa in the living room. The main bathroom has a full tub and shower while the 2nd bathroom has a shower.
And there is free Wi-Fi and a smart TV including local channels.

This place was charming and nostalgic. Needed minor repairs in the guest bathroom. Needed some updating to the bedding, wifi and entertainment center. All in all, I would recommend for the price.

We loved the back deck and all the plants and wildlife we saw including deer, groundhog, lizards, and a huge woodpecker. This was a great value for a place for us to sleep and cook breakfast for a nearby family reunion. The owner was next door and resolved an issue immediately. Great stay.

The property was very nice, a little dated and could use a little more cleaning, but overall for the price we were happy with our stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Location was great! Close to Marina. Driveway large enough for our truck and 24" pontoon and trailer. Host was nice and helpful. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Large refrigerator. Dishwasher as well..so no hand washing dishes which is great. Wi-Fi ran TV and 2 devices with no problem. . TV is Roku tv and had Hulu Live . Also able to log in on my own streaming sources such as youtube tv as well. Had a great time and would stay here again.

Live on Bull Shoals but tried out Norfork

Owners very nice! We had plenty of room to back the boat in right next to the rental & charge it. Close proximity to the lake. Note the marinas closed some days of the week but it’s very close to the rental. Back deck & bbq areas very nice.

Great weekend getaway at the lake

The location of the lake house is great as it is nearby the Norfork Marina. There is plenty of space for parking cars and a boat. Lots of privacy and everything we needed was provided. Check-in was easy and the host was very friendly.

Convenient location and excellent Host

Perfect getaway for activities on Norfolk Lake. The property location is excellent with parking to accommodate my truck, boat and trailer. Very near restaurants, marina and boat launch. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again.

Danny was fabulous. We had to cancel last Thanksgiving due to getting covid. He let us reschedule for Easter. I had to last minute add an additional day earlier and add an additional day to extend. We found out my mom has small cell lung cancer. She is not doing well at all. Ended up admitting her to the hospital. The place was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. The view is great. Location is great. We just didn't get to enjoy the area. We were at the hospital for most the stay. Danny was responsive and very kind.

We did not stay our entire scheduled visit. There was an issue with the house that was unknown to the owner. He was very quick to respond, however, when we made him aware of the problem. We left after two nights and were satisfied with the owner’s settlement.
