Le condo est trĂšs spacieux, ayant deux chambres (avec lits Queen size) et deux salles de bains (avec des comptoirs en marbre), plus de 1000 mÂČ avec une cuisine complĂšte (avec comptoirs en granit), et un salon avec canapĂ©-lit. AC refroidi et le rĂ©servoir d'eau chaude pour l'eau chaude insuite garanti. TrĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  la marina dans le centre de Cabo San Lucas (prĂšs de la Plaza Nautica), Ă  distance de marche de toutes les attractions majeures, y compris nager avec les dauphins Ă  Cabo Dolphins, le centre commercial de luxe Puerto Paraiso, la magnifique plage de Medano, et le meilleur clubs tels que Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, El Squid Roe and Nowhere Bar. Dans le centre commercial Tesoro Resort et sur la marina adjacente immĂ©diate boadwalk vous pouvez vous arranger pour toutes sortes d'activitĂ©s nautiques, notamment la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, plongĂ©e, parachute ascensionnel, sous-marinage, ski nautique, et des chartes de pĂȘche, qui peuvent tous partir dans les deux minutes de la copropriĂ©tĂ©.

Its location is great. Close to everything you could want. Jim & Ana were excellent on communication & very informative of resturants,activities,etc. Not new but a good value for the price.

Short Stay

Last minute decision to spend some time in Cabos. Great location and nice condo. It is close tot he nightlife but nothing that kept me up at night. Will stay there again.

Bachelor fishing/beach trip

Nice place. 6 guys was probably one to many, couch was not big enough for 2 adults. Place was clean, communication was great. Location is close to marina and locals beach. Price point for condo is excellent. I would Recommend to a friend.

Center of everything. Nicely appointed

This place was in a great location central to everything. Lots of restaurants lots of shops lots of things to do by just walking close by. It’s nicely appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The only negative thing was the noise at night. There’s a karaoke bar at the end of the street that is so loud it booms through the windows. If you’re a light sleeper or go to bed before too bring some earplugs. Once we book, the owner was great to communicate with an answer properly made sure all our questions were answered. A very nice property and a hidden gem

Great location by the Marina. Large and comfortable. Unfortunately no laundry if staying for a while. There is a laundrymat about 6 blocks away-closed on Sundays. A/c worked great. Overall a very nice stay. If come back will definitely stay again.

Awesome location right at the Marina. We only had to use a cab to get from and return to the airport. Everything else was an easy walk. Condo always had a nice breeze blowing through it. If you dont need all the fancy frills of a resort Condo 50 is a great option.

Perfect in every way

We have stayed at Tesoro Hotel many times but will only stay here in the future. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He initiated calls and emails to give us information and updates. The condo has every thing you could want: clean, comfortable, good A/C, WiFi, hot water, a location that can’t be beat and plenty of room to relax in. It was truly a home away from home in Mexico. We loved it and look forward to staying here again.

Awesome Location!

This is a great property in the perfect location for Cabo San Lucas. It is spacious, and we’ll appointed. The only criticism I have is that there is no central air, the only air conditioner is in the master bedroom, and it is a mini split. Also, they need a large trashcan in the kitchen with instructions as to location of the dumpster. But I loved my stay, and would definitely return!

We really enjoyed staying here!

Location was awesome. Right downtown where we wanted to be. The Condo itself was great. Took a few tries to find all the switches to run lights and fans, but overall we had an amazing stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cabo. One thing I would hope too see next time is an umbrella out on the patio. There was a table and chairs, but if we wanted to sit outside there wasn't any shade. This would be a huge positive for us. Thanks for having us!

Perfect location, Perfect condo

I just came back from an awesome stay in Cabo this spring break 2013. Jim and Patricia's condo was just perfect: the Wyndham hotel has a great location and great commodities. Jim seemed worried since we were a group of youngins, but finally trusted us and we actually took good care of his place. Also the property caretaker, Anna, was real nice and helpful. The payment and refund of the deposit went quite smoothly. We had no car but needed no taxis, everything was just a walk away (Clubs, restaurants, mall, etc). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone who wants to have a fun, safe and comfortable stay in Cabo San Lucas. THANKS!!

Initially liked the property because of the value but turned out to be more trouble than it's worth

When I booked the property I thought it was a fantastic deal: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, air conditioner, sofa bed, wi-fi, balcony and literally 10 steps from marina. Finding the place was easy, Jim Thatcher gave excellent directions prior to arrival along with notes on where to find groceries, how to set up Wi-Fi, etc... and how to contact the property manager, Ana Chong, which I will get to later. Little shower bottles were abundant, plenty of bed sheets, and it felt just like home. At first everything seemed to be fine, except for a few issues such as a shower rack that was loose, stains on mirror, and a loose door knob that slipped off often. Minor issues, but was still planning on giving this place 5 stars. The trouble started the second day when an A/C inside one of the rooms (separate from central A/C because it didn't reach one of the rooms) began leaking condensate inside the bedroom. We had to keep it on low and used pots to collect the water but was leaking so bad that we almost couldn't use it. We told Ana, the property manager, but she seemed not to care. On the 5th day it stopped leaking somehow and we were able to use it. Also, the A/C was not strong enough in the other bedroom and my partner and I sweated at night which made it hard to sleep. One of the bathroom toilet's water tank filled up so slowly that it could only be flushed once per hour. The Wi-Fi also went out periodically. I don't watch TV but the signal went weak at times. If this were all, then I would still give 4 stars, however, I am inclined to disclose that I believe there were bed bugs on the property. We found little bugs which I wanted to believe were baby ants, but several of us woke up with bites and we were quite itchy in bed at night. The final night I confirmed the bed bugs because I could feel them crawling on me for about an hour or so and I felt helpless but to ignore them and try to catch some sleep before the flight. Overall, I believe this is a great property that needs to be worked on. Ana, the property manager, did not check up on us once, but she did have great deals for activities. I have mixed feelings about this property, but probably would not stay here again in its current condition.

This was 2nd stay here to see Sammy Hagar at Cabo Wabo. It’s comfortable, quiet, safe, and has all the basics. The AC and the WiFi both work great. Definitely a good spot for fishing charters. Communicating with Jim was easy although we didn’t need anything. I would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Condo!

Jim was a great Host. Communicated very well. The condo was great, beds comfortable and the location was perfect for access to the marina and all of the hit spots in downtown Cabo. We will be back.
