We sent our technician out to look at it the day after this was reported to us, and he said it functioned perfectly for him. I appreciate you letting us know about the back door knob coming loose, the hot tub jets not working well, and the stiff kitchen drawer. Our maintenance team fixed the back door handle after you checked out and confirmed it's very solidly in place now. The kitchen drawer track was missing one small screw, we replaced that. We've been keeping an eye on the hot tub jets for the last month and they are working well. We appreciate the feedback — it helps us improve!
