OCEANFRONT ON THE PROMENADE – NEW LISTING! Relax and watch the waves on the beach and the sunsets in the evening from this lovely condominium with fun beach themes all throughout. From the 3rd floor end/corner unit especially, you will most definitely enjoy the expansive ocean views! The balcony overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a perfect little beach getaway. Kitchen and bath are fully appointed, including a dishwasher and including dishes, cookware, coffee maker, etc. Just bring your food and spices (or enjoy some of the fabulous restaurants in town).
In the evening, after you’ve had all your beach fun, you can watch the flat screen SmartTV and login to your favorite app’s to your own favorite accounts. Balcony with outdoor chairs are provided to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views!! Sunsets are amazing from here. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot.
The bedroom has a King bed and interior bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed (wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping). The hall bathroom has a double door walk-in shower. There is coin-up laundry on site and a sand washing station down in the parking area. Parking is on site and for larger vehicles, there is additional parking across the street on the East side of Beach Drive. Restaurants and shopping, movie theater, arcade, gelato and ice cream for example, are just 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets (HOA rule). Some of the best views to be had and great times for all are at the beach.

The place was spotless, well organized and totally comfortable. The view(s) were spectacular. Walking distance from plenty of tasty and fun places. Sisu brewery was worth the visit, just down the street! Easy drive to both Cannon Beach and Astoria for additional sight seeing. Host communication was great and they are really on top of it! All in all a great relaxing time!!

We had a great time the condo was lovely except for a couple of things which was the mattress was not comfortable, and also the bedding sheets were very old and they had a really bad smell. After a long day of driving, we expect a comfortable mattress and updated bedding sheets that are clean. Also there was a lot of noise at night specially after hours where doors were slammed, and you could hear people talking and laughing but the location was really good , the condo was equipped with everything that was needed, and it was very clean other than the bedroom, bedding and the mattress

Perfect in every way!

From check-in to check-out, everything was so simple and relaxing. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, very well equipped (best kitchen we've ever had in a rental property), and the views are stunning! Two bathrooms was also a bonus. You are right in the heart of everything, and yet it is a peaceful setting. It's a VERY easy walk to stores and restaurants, and a beautiful walk at that. We will be rebooking soon and staying as often as possible!

The location & view are amazing - just steps away from the beach! Loved the elevator and luggage carts. Only one trip from car to room with EVERYTHING. The room is clean. There's plenty of seating for everyone & lots of kitchen dishes, utensils, pots & pans. Really everything you need is there except your clothes, toiletries & food. There is even a closet full of games. Beds were good. Murphy bed was way better than a puulout couch!Really, I spent most of my time on the beach or sitting on the balcony with the amazing view. Plan on returning next year.

Place was clean. Had a well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms had all of the essentials. Plenty of extra blanket options for the beds. There was extra storage space to get our luggage out of the way. Our daughter enjoyed many of the games in the closet. The view is spectacular. Drinking coffee while staring at the ocean is always a must for my beach vacation. This condo checked that box. In my opinion, the murphy bed is more comfortable for a child than an adult. The bigger you are, the harder it feels.

I had a lovely view of the ocean from living room of the condo where I stayed, a short distance from the turnaround in Seaside. The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed in the kitchen. I'd choose to stay here again without reservation.
