Cette maison de plage a tout pour plaire - du bain à remous extérieur au fantastique emplacement à proximité du bal et du centre-ville, vous apprécierez le confort et le mobilier moderne inspiré de la plage. Détendez-vous sur le pont, rôti des hot-dogs dans la fosse de feu, ou faire cuire votre spécialité sur le barbecue. De la TVHD à la barre de son, vous apprécierez le souci du détail et de la dernière technologie. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage avec une grande proximité du centre-ville, le centre des congrès, et bal. Une cuisine bien équipée avec des plats pour servir et préparer vos spécialités complète l'environnement où vous trouverez tout le confort de la maison.

Chaque chambre a un grand lit double et en plus, une chambre a aussi un futon (et nous fournir des lits d'appoint). Jouets, jeux, jouets pour le sable et la plage, serviettes de plage (avec un sac de plage) ne sont que quelques-uns des objets que vous trouverez dans cette maison de plage située au bord de la mer, près de l'océan. Broadway, des restaurants, la Factory Outlet Mall, et les magasins de location sont une promenade facile de la maison.

Everything was great. Our first visit to Seaside and had our dogs with us. Backyard is a godsend. Home was very clean and comfortable for the family (6 adults 22 - 52). We plan to stay here again. The 3 bedrooms are all good size, although one bed is very tall to get into easily. Everything was clean and house is well supplied. The jets on the hot tub only work on one side, but that did not stop us from using. I forgot to put on maintenance list that the back on remote control is missing, thankfully the batteries only fell out once. The backyard is beautiful and a great place to relax and safe for pets, had a fire once in backyard so relaxing. Bbq worked great, the grates need to be reseasoned and then protected with some lard so they don’t rust when not being used. We all had a great time during our stay and really appreciate all the things the owners do to make sure you have everything you need. It is a beautiful home to vacation in. The neighbors next door are so nice it was fun getting to know them, they even helped when I was sick one day and needed to borrow some vinegar, another neighbor sent over a bottle which was a lifesaver and was so wonderful. My aunt, sister and I had a fun time and agreed that we would rent this house again. Thank you Joan and Eric for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house for our girls getaway. My little chihuahua loved it too!

My husband and I are both lifelong educators, and between the two of us we’ve taught every age — from preschool through college. Creating welcoming, comfortable environments has always been part of who we are, which naturally extends to how we host our vacation home.

We live in the Portland area but spend time in Seaside nearly every week. The coast is truly our happy place. We love walking and biking along the beach, enjoying the fresh ocean air, and taking in the incredible scenery the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When we’re not at the beach, you’ll often find us camping or backpacking and exploring the outdoors.

We chose to share our home as a short-term rental because we genuinely enjoy helping others create special memories — whether it’s a family vacation, a couples getaway, or a trip with friends. Our goal is for every guest to feel relaxed, cared for, and at home from the moment they arrive.

The home’s layout immediately stood out to us — with one bedroom located toward the front of the house and the others toward the back, it provides a natural separation that works especially well for families, couples traveling together, or groups who appreciate a little extra privacy.

The location is another reason we fell in love with it. You can easily walk to the beach, promenade, and downtown Seaside for restaurants, shops, and activities, yet the neighborhood itself remains peaceful and residential. After a busy day enjoying the coast, it’s wonderful to return to a quiet space where you can truly relax and unwind.

For us, it’s the best of both worlds — close to everything guests want to experience, while still feeling calm and comfortable like a true getaway.

What makes our home unique is the combination of location, comfort, and thoughtful details that make your stay easy and memorable. You get the best of both worlds — a quiet residential neighborhood for relaxing and sleeping well, while still being an easy walk to the beach, promenade, and downtown Seaside shops and restaurants.

The home has been intentionally designed to feel welcoming and comfortable for families and groups. From the private hot tub under the stars to the fire pit for evening gatherings, the outdoor spaces create opportunities to connect and unwind after a day at the coast. Inside, modern coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and quality bedding help guests truly relax.

We also focus on the little things that make travel easier — a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, toys and games for kids, and a fenced yard for dogs. Many guests tell us they appreciate being able to arrive and immediately start enjoying their vacation without needing to bring extra supplies.

Because we personally spend time here often, we continually improve the home based on what guests need and what we would want ourselves. Our goal is to create a place where families and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories together.
