Exceptionally renovated Ocean front 3 bedroom townhouse in the desirable Station One Complex is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the idyllic coastal town of Wrightsville Beach. There are serene ocean views from the living room, porch and master suite of this tastefully updated property. Garage, outdoor shower, washer and dryer and ample deck space are bonuses. For the 2021 rental season, the unit will also feature upgraded furniture and decor, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Property will be stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags upon guest arrival. In addition, the Station One complex features a large pool and tennis for residents and guests. Monthly rates available only during the off season: November thru March.

2nd visit just as good as the first

We have stayed at Station One condos a half dozen times while visiting our UNCW student, twice in this townhouse unit. We find the central location on the island appealing - right on the beach, walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Great stay.

Great place for a business getaway

The unit was extremely comfortable to work all day with my business colleagues at the dining room table. We were able to get a lot accomplished while enjoying "at home" like accommodations. Additionally, the location was superb! We were so close to so many fabulous restaurants. The choices were abundant. We definately will be back for our annual business getaway.

Heavenly beach week plus

We stayed at the property for eleven days and had a wonderful time. Communication with Virginia was easy and she answered all of our questions quickly. The location of the property is the best in Wrightsville Beach with so many restaurants and drinking establishments within a short walk. This is OUR favorite place to stay!

My husband and I, along with our teenage boys, had an incredible week staying at this house. The property manager was very responsive, even leading up to the week we started our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked, and just steps away from all of the conveniences. This is one of the best properties we have ever vacationed at. Highly recommend!
