The Property was perfect.....just want to give you and FYII stayed in the first bedroom on the left at the front doorBedroom#2 I believe. When taking a shower it was impossible to keep the water from running into the bathroom floor. This will cause major damage over time. May want to look at this

My family and I just stayed here (June 2026), and overall our experience was good, but the property was not as clean as I would have hoped. We showed up and there were still dishes in the dishwasher that didn’t really look clean. Some of the appliances in the house didn’t work well (the dryer and dishwasher). The house was very easily accessible to many other places in Destin, but the beach access wasn’t great. You get a small “private” beach for the street that’s only about 30 yards wide and 100 yards long.

Great property for large group. Private bathrooms for each bedroom, amazing pool and outdoor space, close enough to walk to the beach, golf cart was a bonus. No regrets.. Would stay here again!

We stayed at this property for 7 days and had a party of 17. The house was fine, it was clean, and did look like pictured. The property is starting to really show alot of wear.The beds are not comfortable except for the bedroom on the 2nd floor, back of the house. (It had a mattress topper). One of the shower faucets completely fell off the first day. It was finally fixed the day my brother departed making it a little annoying. Another bathroom shower faucet is on its way to breaking as it free spins all the way around. We notified them during our stay. The beverage fridge out back didn't work and there are pool tiles missing on the hot tub. The decking behind the pool is really warped and dangerous for kiddos. The 2nd floor bunk room was missing the ceiling fan. Random blinds in the home were not adjustable due to broken cords.I think I was expecting a bit more for the price we paid. For 14k for the week, we had to bring extra TP, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags which they dont tell you till close to arrival. While I did expect to bring some of this, I think for the cost, amount of people and amount of days, you'd think at least a garbage bag a day and at least 2 rolls of tp per bathroom.We did appreciate and like how well stocked the kitchen was and that cleaning tools were around to use for the week. The pool was great to have as well as the golf cart and extra propane tank for the bbq.
