I'm an administrator in education, who looked to invest in Galveston because it is my retirement destination. I just love the simple life and the calm of the island. Being close to Houston give me the added advantage of great entertainment and access to international airports. I love to travel and learn about the places that I visit. I find Galveston to be very unique and rustic. I encourage my guest to explore the history of the island and learn about the great storm of 1900. Visit Pier 21 for the movie.

This property reminds me of the great visits to my grandmother's house when I was a child. The 1036 square feet of living space is very clean. The smart TV in the living room gives you access to some of your favorite applications such as Netflix and Hulu. To get the local programming and news, you will also have access to YouTube TV programming.. Just press the Vizio icon on the remote control to view the main menu of viewing options. The property is also secured by ADT. It has exterior cameras and a carbon monoxide detector, because of the gas stove in the kitchen. While guest do not have access to the alarm code, in the event of an emergency, you will be able to press the panic buttons on the panel for fire, police, and medic. The bedroom provide comfortable sleeping and the eight foot couch uses twin sheets for extra sleeping. There is also an air mattress in the double bed guest room closet. The master bed is a Stern and Foster mattress that gives you wonderful rest for night or for napping. In the back of the house, the patio chair are sturdy and great for taking in the clean air and enjoying one of nine palm trees on the property. The backyard is completely closed off with locked fencing. The BBQ grill is available for your use. There is additional table seating under the deck. All guest receive complimentary coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker, creamers, water, ice, and a bottle of wine or champagne.
