Given the price, 10/10! Location was great, property was as described, price for Spring Break was excellent, pet friendliness was huge for us and there is a small, but quite adequate, fenced back yard for the dog. Cleanliness was 8/10, but overall GREAT VALUE and I would definitely stay again!

Over all the place was very nice. Air conditioner was cold and the beds were comfortable. The washer didn't work and one burner on the stove. But it still was a very good stay. Thank you.

The property was clean and house was well maintained and a perfect fit for me and my friends. The rules on the door were easy to follow and the location was perfect for walking down to the beach in less than 10mins. Overall, me and my friends loved the house. I would highly recommend for parties of 5-8 as the house hade enought beds and the bunk beds were incredibly stable. I would say that the parking next to the house really only fits a single large SUV or tightly with two mid size SUVs so I recommend carpooling where possible.

House was suitable and cozy for a family of three. The neighborhood is decent. Unfortunately, the window of the door leading to the garage was broken and covered with cardboard. The washing machine still didn't work correctly despite following the owner's instructions to only fill the machine halfway.

We enjoyed our stay and our host was great, but we werenot impressed with the property. There was a very musty smell in the house. There were lots of plug ins, but they were all empty. There was sand on the bath mat outside of the shower as well as grit on the kitchen table. I also found nail clippings on one of the comforters. The sponges at the kitchen sink were nasty and there were no clean ones to use. There was very little dishwashing liquid to wash dishes. There was also mold on the ceiling where the air vents are. That can’t be healthy. A few other things we were disappointed in were the shower had barely any water pressure. And there were no top sheets on the beds! It didn’t seem like the comforters were very clean, and covering with them felt a little gross. The location, the parking, the space in the home and the pet friendliness were all good. We also appreciate being allowed to check in a little early. That was helpful.

Hello, Denise. Im sorry you didnr enjoy the home. This is a older property, our rental agreement does say of you have any issues tk please let us know in a timely manner to let either fix rhe problem, move you to another location or refund. We were not notified of anything till this review. There is no mold in the vents. There is extra soaps and scrubbers in the cabnit. The table wasnt dirty it just feels that way. Sheeta and blankets are washed and or replaced after every guest, the top sheets are in the drawers cause guest conplain or take off with them. As for the Restroom water pressure we will have that looked at.
