Very clean and the host was easy to contact and very helpful. The property was well equipped with all amenities. Lovely place to stay and close to downtown and the university. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re visiting Fredericton.

This property is located so close to downtown and the university. The host was incredibly quick with information and responding to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea and the fridge was HUGE. Shower was fabulous and plenty of towels for everyone. We loved our time here and hope this place is available on our next trip.

We were a group of 5 and had a great two night stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and everything was just as described in the listing. Check-in was easy and our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others!

A wonderful property with a great location on a quiet street & very accessible to downtown. The house is very modern and clean with very comfortable beds and a great shower. The kitchen was very well equipped with more than just the basics. Abby was very accessible and responded to any additional question you may have. Our stay was very comfortable.
