This house is a renovated 1800's house. Hardwood floors throughout (except bathrooms which are tile) 4-5 min walk to downtown. The house is located on a quiet residential street close to graystone brewery.

Open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. A three-seater couch and a two-seater loveseat in the living room.

There are 3 Tv's with cable and high speed internet. There is a front porch and a back porch. Parking for 2 vehicles.

A very clean and comfortable home in a great location if you want to be close to downtown. Easy walking to restaurants, pubs, and walking trails. Very easy check in and check out and Curtis very responsive to any questions I had.

Geocachers to Fredericton

We came to Fredericton for the Maritime Mega geocaching event. Loved the location - downtown - easy to walk all around downtown. Owner was good to deal with - neighbours are super friendly and welcomed us on arrival. Great spot for the 4 of us.

Spacious house in a beautiful neighbourhood. Really comfortable. Host was very responsive.Great kitchen, could be better equipped for serious cooking (no large bowls, for example). BBQ was working but there were no tools.House is absolutely beautiful, lovely yard, fabulous location. Unpleasant smell coming from the basement when the windows were closed.

Family wedding

We were 7 adults and one two year old in town for a family wedding - location is central and access is easy. Rooms are small but kitchen is a good size and renovated - everything clean and everything we needed. More seating in living room area would have been appreciated.

Great place to stay

We were super happy with the communication with Curt, before and during our stay. The house was in good condition with all the basic supplies we needed. The location was walking distance to everything. We would be happy to stay here again.
