Great location with new pier, double hammock between large trees beside pier, fire pit/grill combo with wood to burn, nice new patio furniture, open floorplan, raised ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, box fan, 2 bedrooms-1 king and 1 queen, leather sleeper sofa, extra deep tub/shower with nice combo rain shower head and extra hand-held one, 3 new large smart TVs, wifi, kitchen/dining with stove, DW, microwave, coffeepot, and equipped for all basic cooking and dining needs. Long attached carport accommodates two vehicles back to back. 1st Monday shopping, Brookshires grocery store and Walmart supercenter are all less than a mile away.

Amazing house. Has everything you need for a weekend stay. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. If you are looking for a place close to trade days this place is perfect. We could have walked and would have of it wasn't so rainy and cold this weekend. We will try to stay here again on any return trip to Canton. Host was each to reach and checkin was easy.

Christy was an excellent host. Her home was immaculant and was enjoyed by all. It was close to shopping and dining. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a visit to Canton or the surrounding areas.

I rented this property for 2 of my friends and I to stay while visiting for the First Monday Trade Days. It was the perfect distance (mile or less) away from all parking lots and gates. The house was so clean, cozy and enough room for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable and the house is so cutely decorated. We felt at home the moment we walked in the door. The communication with the host was top notch. We couldn’t get the wifi to work the first night and I sent the host a message. They responded within minutes that there was no outage and had solutions on how to fix the issue. They responded to all other messages quickly and kindly. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Canton.

Feels Like Home!

This darling home was perfect for our family. Especially since we were here in East Texas for an immediate family member’s funeral. It was so nice to have a comfortable place to stay by a host that was so welcoming and accommodating. Everything was perfect, and it felt like home! Thank you!

Canton trip

Enjoyed the stay. Very close to trade days. Only drawback was it’s on a corner lot of a cut through and a well traveled road. Seems like any and every person who has a loud muffler used that road all evening and at night. Owners supplied ear plugs to use. Pond was fun for kids to feed turtles and tried fishing. Overall a good place to stay

Excellent location for anything you want to do in town!

We came for First Monday and it was perfect for 4 people. Lots of interest decorations. I felt like I was staying at a family members house. Nice beds, pillows, sheets and towels. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

precious house close to Trade days

girls trip to Canton Trade days. spent 3 nights. just as described. Cute house with such sweet hosts! only complaint is the traffic by the house and that is NOTHING the host can do anything about! we loved our stay there and would recommend it to everyone! I will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing and peaceful getaway

This little place was perfect. Its minutes from First Monday. Loved the private lake and deck. The owners are very attentive and make sure your needs are taken care of. Highly recommend this property. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy a little oasis..Will definitely stay here again.
