Excellent place. Really enjoyed the condo, especially the location and the full kitchen. Appreciate the little touches (candle, fans) that made us feel at home. Great location for hiking.

Very nicely appointed property. Lots of kitchen ware to use for cooking. Blender, dishwasher, floor fans, ceiling fans, easy access to stores,restaurants, nice parking, quiet, nice tv program access, comfortable furniture, propane grill, Great that there was no pet damage, odors, allergens, as pets were not allowed. The patio off the dining room had a magnetic screen that would not stay closed. Kevin the host was very cordial and accessible and the nice special touches were very appreciated.

Great place!

The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. Beautiful trees and cool weather. We golfed all weekend. We played the short 9 a few times and played the Continental Country Club. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a great location - 78 miles to South Rim, 30ish miles to Sedona, and short drives to 3 other National Monument parks. The main balcony faces east, has a great view and comfortable seating - perfect spot for morning coffee. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a pond nearby for easy walks and Campbell Mesa trailhead in walkable distance. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure, basic need items were well supplies.

Amazing place

My friends and I had an awesome stay here while on a hiking trip! Incredibly clean and comfortable spot located in a beautifully quiet part of Flagstaff. We had an issue with being locked out once and the host was SO helpful in a stressful situation. Thank you Kevin! Would absolutely recommend this place and may return in the future!! Everything was perfect.

Overall enjoyed the stay. However, there were some problems. When we checked in the code given did not work. After trying a couple of times, called the manager and was given another code which also did not work. Third time called again and received a code that did work. Biggest problem was the refridgerator. I did report immediately that it was leaking. I was told that it needed to be replaced and to watch for additional leaking. We were lucky and the leak did stop on its own. The problem continued with the refriderator freezing our food. All fruits, vegetables, eggs , and other foods were frozen. I did mention this to the onsite manager, but was told to readjust the thermometer, which we already had done and never received any responses after that. We lost quite a bit of food which is costly. Nobody has reached out to us in regards to some type of reimbursement. That being said, I am disappointed with their service to help.
