Highly Recommend

Our family had the privilege of staying in this unit at the beginning of September. It was an amazing stay for us. We’ve stayed at Sea Colony the past 3 years, and this is the best unit we’ve experienced. The home owners went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure our entire experience was amazing. Our son left three stuffed animals at the property, and they made sure they were returned safely to us.I can’t stress enough that this is a great property for families!

This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend trip with 3 young kids. It fit us well, was large, clean, and a great setup. Highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to come back!

Please know that the room was VERY CLEAN, the rating of a Four was for the Exterior stairways and entry doors. They were dirty and the odor wasn't very pleasant. The person that we rented the room from must have a great cleaning crew as we were very pleased with the condition of the apartment. We would give the owner and manager of this property a 5Star Rating, again the 4Star is for the Sea Colony maintenance. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you!

Great Spot for a Weekend at the Beach

The property was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. It was updated nicely and we loved having access to the beach as well as indoor and outdoor pools.

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped.However, there was a lack of communication. We assumed ( should never assume) that linens and towels would be provided from the check out instructions provided to us before our trip. We were instructed to strip beds and put used towels in a pile before check out. Got a call 30 min before our arrival that they would not be providing linens and towels. I called the contact to complain and they did apologize and had these items brought to our condo before our arrival. What could have been a bad situation was rectified.Secondly we were never told that the guest badges to stay at Sea Colony would cost us another 58 per person to use the pools and beach. It would have been nice to know about this ahead of time!The condo was very nice but we will never stay at Sea Colony again

We're glad the condo's cleanliness, decor, and well-equipped kitchen stood out during your stay. The Sea Colony guest badge fees for pool, beach, and parking access are mandatory resort charges set by Sea Colony itself, not by us, and they are outlined in the listing details prior to booking. Regarding linens and towels, our listing does note in multiple places that these are not included, and the checkout instructions referencing stripped beds are standard language that unfortunately led to some confusion. Once we learned of the mix-up, we arranged for linens and towels to be delivered before your arrival so the stay could continue smoothly. We appreciate you sharing these details, as it helps us look for ways to make our communication even clearer for future guests.

Overall a very nice facility. The numbering layout of the parking garage can be vastly improved, starting with putting the building name clearly marked “in” the garage. Otherwise a very clean resort with many amenities. Only complaint is how far I had to walk to use the indoor pool and weight room.
