This is a 3rd floor condo with stunning ocean views. Located just outside the lovely town of Bethany Beach. This condo is part of the Sea Colony Resort complex. Staying here gives you access to all of the amazing amenities that Sea Colony has to offer.

That includes a PRIVATE beach for SC owners and guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. 2 gyms each with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and locker room on location. Multiple outdoor pools. Tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Free shuttle between SC East (Oceanside) and SC West (Inland with Tennis center and main fitness center) locations.

This condo truly offers the best of the shore any time of the year. Maybe you prefer the summer months or maybe it is the off season months. Whenever you decide to visit there are always a multitude of activities, events, shopping, hiking and food options available to you. The location is perfect as it gives you easy access to both the DE and MD shores.

All of the information you’ll need for your stay, including what you need to bring and how to access the condo, can be found on the VRBO app under “Welcome Guide”. VRBO will also email it to you within a week of your arrival. Within three days the code for the e lock will also become available.

Please note that ALL Sea Colony condos require guest badges to be purchased from Sea Colony. Rates depend on time of year.

Please note we no longer offer linen and towel rentals. We recommend Gale Force Rentals. They will offer all of our guests a 10% discount on their order and they offer drop off and pick up.
