This was a great place to stay. The atmosphere was very homey. A few of horses in the pasture, chickens, in the not so far distance. Michael and Mili were a great host.

Great Stay

The owners were very nice and helpful, which added to our wonderful stay at the cottage. It was perfect for the three of us and was very clean and well designed. Good spot to get away and relax with family!

Our experience staying at the Pina Colada Cottage

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Pina Colada Cottage. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay is, thoughtfully, provided. Love the location with its chickens, goats and horses. It’s a very peaceful and quiet getaway that, I’m sure, we will enjoy again and again…

Relax in small farm setting

The location was absolutely perfect. Short distance to peach orchards, Pearson Falls NC, quaint towns of Landrum, Tryon, and Saluda. Accomodations were comfortable and adequate. Sitting on the porch drinking our coffee watching chickens great. Sunsets etched the distance mountain skyline. So peaceful. We do plan to return.

This is beautiful, cozy, quiet cabin and we have loved our stay each time. Unfortunately, this time it very cold outside and due to some needed window repairs it make the stay a little less desirable.

Pina Colada Cottage

What a lovely find! The property is beautiful and the cottage is the cutest ever!! It has everything you need for a stay. It is a farm and the chickens are free roaming, which I love. There are goats and horses. So peaceful and yet so close to many things. Ian is so wonderful, easy to talk to and work with. I met the neighbor and the girl who has the horses both nice people. I will be renting this place again!!

Pina Colada Cottage, the sweetest stay!

This property is exactly as shown in the listing. It was perfect for two of us. Had all we needed in the kitchen and more. We were greeted with farm fresh eggs and some pastries from the local cafe. Ian and his family were so incredibly kind and hospitable to us. I would 100% recommend this property, and will stay there again myself as I have family nearby. Just FYI- there is a rooster that will be your alarm clock, but I’m a very light sleeper, my friend didn’t hear him at all. The front porch swing is amazing, and there is Boots, the cat, who will greet you upon arriving and say goodbye to you upon departing! The sweetest cat I’ve ever come across, and I am NOT a cat person. Please stay here, you will not regret it. Downtown Landrum and Tryon are both 15-ish minutes away and pleasant little towns to wander around. I wish we could have stayed longer here at this beautiful little slice of heaven on earth!

My home away from home

Michael, Mili and MK were such wonderful host to myself and my pup Gracie! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home! From fresh eggs daily to warm cooked meals…they were a true blessing when I needed a blessing most!!! The cottage was absolutely adorable and just how the photos show!! I fell in love with the Pina Colada Cottage and the family that brought it to life

Wonderful Cottage, Location and Hosts

This was my second time staying at the Pina Colada Cottage within two weeks' time! Myself and my two kids made an emergency last minute visit to view a potential home to buy and Mili & Michael were super flexible, welcoming and helpful as ever in getting our reservation set. They are so sweet to "leave the lights on" for our late arrival. As always, the home was immaculate and welcoming. The three of us fit just fine in this cottage. Everything about this place is fantastic - the location, size, cleanliness, decor, attentive hosts. We are buying a home in Landrum! But will always be keeping in touch with the hosts of this awesome cottage!

Amazing hosts and animal lovers paradise

Mili and Michael are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and provide a wealth of information about all sorts of activities in the surrounding areas. The cottage is like an interior designer’s dream. Super cozy and impeccable taste. Horse barn is great, multiple pastures, dog lovers, chickens and just everything on this property is top notch. We will be coming here again every year! My kids love it, especially my son diagnosed with autism, the hosts couldn’t be any better helping us out with special moments like a Bon fire for him to make this a most memorable vacation!
