What We Love



The Outdoor Living:

A covered alfresco dining area flows directly from the main living zone onto sun-drenched level lawns — the natural heart of every Ruby Lodge stay. Children have safe, flat space to run and play while adults relax under cover with food on the BBQ and nowhere else to be. The lush, private garden surrounds the home on all sides, giving the whole property a sense of retreat that's rare this close to the Central Coast's best beaches.



The Multi-Level Layout:

Two levels, multiple living zones, and five beautifully appointed bedrooms give large families and groups the space to be genuinely comfortable together. Adults upstairs in the main living and dining zone, kids in their own space, everyone under one roof — this is the layout that makes big group holidays actually work. Green Point is a leafy residential suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, located between Tumbi Umbi and Gosford. It’s known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, spacious homes, and mature trees, giving it a relaxed and semi-rural feel while still being close to town amenities.



Residents enjoy easy access to local parks and recreational facilities, including the Green Point Lions Park and Green Point Foreshore Reserve, which offer walking paths, picnic areas, playgrounds, and water views — perfect for outdoor activities and family outings. The suburb is also close to Gosford waterfront, cafes, shops, and transport links, making it convenient for commuting, schooling, and daily living.



Green Point appeals to families, professionals, and retirees who value a quiet, community-minded lifestyle with plenty of green space, yet still want proximity to beaches, lakes, and larger town centres on the Central Coast.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
