Nagambie is an easy drive from Melbourne. The town has some fabulous cafes and restaurants and is in a magnificent wine region.
The house is part of a tranquil community that has shared pool and tennis court facilities.
The sound of the frogs and crickets at night really makes you realise just how quiet it really is.
The house is on the outskirts of town, so with no light pollution- has some of the best star gazing you can ask for!

When youâre in the back yard, you canât see your neighbours - itâs like you are out on a rural property all alone.
There is a local stray cat the hangs out on the patio. Iâve called him Mr Grey. I feed him occasionally - but alas, have still not made contact.
Iâve left some food so you can feed him too if you want.
The bird life is hectic. Loads of ducks, rosellas, ibis, spoon bills, stalks, the occasional brolga, cockatoos, ravens and magpies. (Thatâs why I feed the cat - so he doesnât eat the wildlife instead!)
A working farm over the road with kelpies and border collies who sometimes cool off in the lagoon.
A short walk to town and you can take a stroll or a bike ride around the boardwalk. Check out the Black Caviar statue or an amazing sunset.
For new years in Nagambie - there will be fireworks!
